Our kids have been at the Goddard School since they were both 6 months, respectively and have been thriving ever since. The teachers and directors feel like our family.

The Goddard School in Reading has been great experience for my family. The teachers are highly competent and created a nurturing environment for my daughter. She always looked forward to go school and always talked so fondly of Miss Annie, Miss Pam and Miss Eliza. My daughter has made great friends here, which has been a fantastic social experience for her. Sarah and other admin staff are wonderful as well, very responsive and friendly.The classrooms are big and bright and they are well-equipped with all the necessary resources for a quality education.Parking has never been an issue, which adds to the convenience. And the school's playground is spacious and well-maintained, allowing kids to enjoy outdoor activities safely.My daughter has now transitioned to kindergarten and it has been smooth. I wanted to thank Goddard for the wonderful years that my daughter spent there.

If you're thinking of sending your child to Goddard, don't hesitate -- sign up!My kids learned so much during their time here -- from the planets to geography to writing to music to so much more! -- and had a lot of fun while doing so. They also learned about celebrations from different cultures, like Kwanzaa, Lunar New Year, and Hanukkah.They especially loved special days like Pizza & Pajama days, Kona Ice days, Bike days, and Kickstart. They also told me that community members (e.g., librarian, police officer, dentist) would visit their classroom and tell them all about their work.My kids would light up even when just seeing the building whenever we drive by. "That's my school!" they would exclaim with excitement and pride. That's how much they loved Goddard.The staff here is top notch, and they genuinely care about the children and families. They also take everyone's health and safety very seriously, which we appreciated even before but more so during the pandemic.Again, do not hesitate! It's so bittersweet that our time at Goddard has come to an end, but I'm happy that my children made so many wonderful memories there that they will cherish for years to come.

The director Sarah and the entire staff is very accommodating, caring and always ready to work with families. The communication was fantastic and the teachers are great. Lots of activities that makes learning fun!!

Our family is so grateful for The Goddard School years for each of our two boys...thank you!!Our elder son is thriving in elementary school both academically and socially after completing two years at Goddard, during the onset and height of COVID no less. Kudos to Goddard on navigating those murky waters; we know it wasn't easy. They clearly have a knack for operations.Our younger son completed his two years recently and is certainly ready to take on Kindergarten. Our little guy is a bit more reserved socially but we have seen so much growth in him over the last year in particular, with much credit due to The Goddard School's methods and wonderful staff.The curriculum is fantastic with an emphasis on STEAM Education. We always appreciated the daily email summarizing the day's agenda accompanied by a photo of our boys performing one of the learning activities. We really valued knowing our children were not just going to a daycare-type facility but rather attending school in an actual classroom learning environment. The school building and grounds are also impressive - clean, well maintained and secure.The administration, faculty and staff are excellent. We always felt comfortable leaving our children in their care. Thank you to all who had a hand in guiding our boys over the years and helping to instill in them a confident but kind and well-adjusted attitude.Sincerely,The Brown Family

Our youngest son attended Goddard School for almost three years (pandemic included) and we have nothing but amazing things to say. Caring teachers, regular updates from the classroom, great families and incredibly clean facilities. Despite their young age, I can also testify to the high academic standards they hold themselves to and my son's readiness for kindergarten is a proof of that. I'd absolutely recommend!

Our daughter was at the Goddard School for the first 5 years of her life (since she was 3 months!). We had such an incredible experience throughout our time there. All of the teachers went above and beyond and we made so many great friends along the way. Sarah, the owner, is tremendous and extremely responsive. We cannot recommend the school enough. To all of our friends at Goddard - thank you!!!

My youngest child is about to graduate from The Goddard School this month and it is bittersweet as he has had the most incredible 4+ years there.I cannot begin to explain how incredible this program, and team, are in educating and socializing these young children (not to mention through Covid!). My 4 yr old has come home knowing (and writing) the entire alphabet, discussing gas/liquids/solids, rattling off all of the continents, chattering about fossils and becoming a paleontologist (such a huge word for a little one!), the nuances of fine artists like Picasso and Van Gogh, and all while making some of the most incredible friends and having fun experiences like bike day, a traveling fun bus, weekly gym classes and pizza/pj day.When I say he is ready for Kindergarten, it would be the understatement of the year. Thank you to Sarah and all of the wonderful teachers at Goddard. You will be missed.

Provided childcare to both our boys. We truly consider the directors, staff and teachers an extension to our family. They have remained a positive constant in our lives. Providing safety, learning, and love to our children as if they were their own. Each classroom we have had the pleasure of working with have gone above and beyond to give our children more than we could have ever imagined. We feel so lucky to have the Goddard Reading in our lives.

We cannot recommend Goddard highly enough. I am so grateful that both my boys got a solid preschool education there. The teachers are loving, caring and engage the kids so well and tailored their care to each of my boys, who are very different in personality and learning styles. They also worked with us as parents through special family circumstances, behavioral issues, my international work trips, etc, so that there would be consistency for the kids at home and in school, which was phenomenal. Communication was not easy during Covid since we were not allowed to have in person meetings during that time, so there was a lot of extra effort and creativity put in, and this reflects the heart of the teachers.During the pandemic, I felt that Goddard went above and beyond to keep the children and staff safe. The admin staff was super well-organized compared to other preschools we've been to. I can't stress how important that is when a school needs to adapt quickly to a shifty situation like Covid and need to CLEARLY communicate all the adjustments to parents. It could have been very messy and frustrating, but Sarah the owner is fantastic and the directors of the school are always very responsive. Goddard provides a wonderful high quality preschool education, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this school.

We wholeheartedly recommend the Goddard School of Reading! Our two boys spent their toddler through preschool years there and each of them enjoyed their experience immensely, developing lasting friendships and engaging in hands-on experiences. They grew in all areas due to the attentive care and instruction provided that was individualized and gave a lot of room for creativity and play, while at the same time providing them with solid foundational skills that have helped them as they enter their school years. The teachers and administrative team were consistent throughout the years, without the significant turnover that often can occur in early childhood centers. This is a testament to the culture of the school.The curriculum is inclusive and appreciative of all students' backgrounds and cultures, and the teachers welcome families to share traditions from home and communicated daily with us. They also provide opportunities for children to engage in STEAM activities in various ways throughout the day and have discussions with their peers.The school managed the multiple challenges presented by COVID-19 and provided an environment that was clean and safe and where we felt comfortable and never compromised on their care.Finally, we always felt part of a community and the teachers provided a nurturing environment throughout our boys' time there that we will always be grateful for!

I sent both my kids to Goddard. I know after dropping off my kids at Goddard that they are in great hands. The teachers and staff are all amazing —they provide open communication and follow-up promptly with any concerns. My little one cried the first couple days of school and now she happily goes to school. Even pickups are cheerful.

I really don't know where to start talking about Goddard... we’ve been super happy with Goddard and so glad to send both of our kids! They have been part of our daily schedule for the past 4 years and will definitely miss them! Our daughter has been attending the Goddard School for more than 3 years and we could not be any happier with the care she receives. Prior to this, our son has been part of Goddard since he was 2 yrs old and attended the pre-school for almost 3 years!! The teachers are caring, attentive, and very friendly. The amount of learning and exposure they provide to kids on different subjects/topics is remarkable. The staff is very personal and communicates effectively through the app and I love being able to see photos of our kids doing art projects, playing outside, having circle time, and reading! And one should truly appreciate the amount of care and precautions they took during COVID time to run the classes smoothly! Thank you Goddard team for taking such great care of both our kids!!I would highly recommend them because we LOVE THEM!

My two boys went to the Goddard School (Reading) and we absolutely loved it. The teachers are loving, caring and engage the kids so well. My boys have very different personalities, learning styles and strengths/weaknesses, and the teachers were able to meet each child where he needed help and encouragement. They also worked WITH us as parents through any behavioral issues so that the same methods can be reinforced at home and in school, which was phenomenal. Communication was not easy during Covid since we were not allowed to have in person meetings during that time, so there was a lot of extra effort and creativity put in, and this reflects the heart of the teachers.Another thing to point out is that the admin staff was well-organized compared to other preschools we've been to. We could not have been happier with our daughters' time at the Goddard School. Both of our daughters entered Goddard as infants and spent more than four years at the school in total. We feel very fortunate to have found Goddard and all it's wonderful staff and teachers, who gave our girls the attention, confidence, and knowledge they needed to thrive and grow. The facility was always clean and tidy, the rooms overflowing with books, toys and crafts for the kids, and the teachers ready and willing to answer our questions or address our daughters' idiosyncrasies as they grew and matured. We will particularly miss Miss Bev and Miss Tangala in the Preschool 2 class, who became like family to our girls. Finally, I'll note that Goddard had an excellent plan in place to address the COVID pandemic. They followed all protocols, were guided by science, and strongly encouraged (and often required) masks for the little ones. As a result, our girls' classrooms never closed due to an exposure once care centers were allowed to re-open. A huge help to working parents! We will miss everyone there terribly!
