I called to schedule a hair cut this morning for the first opening at 11:00 am. I’ve been going to Supercuts basically since birth and the Reading MA location for at least 10 years. The manager there is quite nice and very friendly. This is the first time I’ve ever thought to myself as I guy why don’t I just go to a barber instead. I scheduled myself for my usual cut, beard trim, and tea tree. The woman who assisted me today was awful. She first did not listen when I asked for a #2 attachment to trim the sides of my hair nor did she do the same for my beard which now I have to trim correctly myself. I get a beard trim to save time, clearly not money. The stylist decided to just use a trimmer with a come and while yes it did take off hair it wasn’t short enough to my liking, and when I asked is she could go a little shorter she told me she would just be shaving it off. At the end, she didn’t offer my tea tree and just brought me to the register. I was already disappointed with the experience so I just wanted to pay and leave. The manager who knows me well from coming in asked “No tea tree?” To which I replied “I guess not” from the frustration. The woman then said she would take me back but I just wanted to leave. I usually tip but I just couldn’t today. I’m ping to give them another try in a month and if it’s the same then I think I’ll need to find a new location.

Stylist: My stylist was very sweet and did a good cut for me. I also had my hair shampood and it felt so good. I can’t remember the last time I had my hair washed by someone. It’s my 65 th birthday and I treated myself.

I have been visiting this SuperCuts for a number of years and all the stylists have been great. I've seen Jessica on my last few visits which are typically Friday mornings, first thing. She is fantastic and thrilled to have her perform my haircuts, but all the stylists have been excellent. Highly recommend especially if you can get in early, as they get busy. ?

Infant/Toddler Experience.
I called ahead and asked if this location would be comfortable working with a 14 month old and they said yes. They were not comfortable cutting his hair at all. The person was pushing my son’s head in different directions and telling me to “bear hug” him while he was screaming and crying. I told her I did not want to electric razor used because he was wiggling so much. She did not listen and used it anyway. The noise scared him and he tried to grab on to it. I will never being going back there and I did not recommend anyone bring their small children there.

Website said couldn't book online but estimated ten minute wait. Drove over at 330 and they tell me that they're booked solid for the next hour and a half until they close at 5.
