Really don’t appreciate the guy who was in sco today, short guy with glasses. I am not sure what was going on but I started scanning my items and he instantly came over to do something on my screen not telling me anything. If there is an issue than maybe? Oh idk.. ring it out for me? Or at least tell what the problem is? Don’t walk up on me that and no say anything..

They sell UNO Disney 100 card games in stores. The sixth self-checkout does not accept cash. Perfect for waiting for the 137 bus to Malden.

Expensive, they make you PAY FOR PAPER BAGS, they only have 2 checkouts that PEOPLE actually work at, otherwise you have to go thru the self checkout with 400 items. Produce has become awful and it rots as soon as you buy it. So disappointing.

I wanted to buy an Apple card for my nephew and the woman charged my card, gave me my change and told me there was a problem, the woman kept charging me and never helped me. I had to go because it was raining and I asked him to reimburse me for the card and he never helped me. In addition, they discriminated against me for not speaking English.

Highly deceptive practices. Buyer beware. They list items on sales, but do not honor them. I specifically went on Easter weekend for their sale on Friendly's ice cream and various other items. They make no mention of needing a members card, coupon, etc. I was charged full price. I do NOT recommend going here. Do yourself a favor, and hop on over to Market Basket.

Stop and Shop's employees are outstanding! The supermarket has fresh produce and the meats and deli are excellent. It is more pricey than nearby stores, but it is worth the visit.

Produce is always moldy & the useless robot is always in the way or it follows you around. I really dislike this location.Edit: I'm pretty sure I was just being accused of stealing saying I bagged an item that I didn't scan. When a guy who I'm assuming was a manager came over & checked and seen that I scanned 3 items and there was only 3 items in my bag. I was with my 10 year old daughter. I will never return to this location, this was the last straw. If I could give zero stars I honestly would. I'll stick to Market Basket.

Quite literally the worst grocery store I’ve been to. Unmotivated and rude employees, low quality food that’s either close to expiring, or is already moldy, and most things are overpriced. The only thing good about this Stop & Shop is that others must think the same thing since there’s hardly any other customers.

We've shopped here for years but I'm completely done with Stop and Shop. The prices have always been high but the service used to be good. Lately the service has gone down terribly. Going to the deli to get meat that averages $9+ a pound, only to have 1 employee working and not wanting to help you, pointing to the pre cut meat that's been sitting out.Then moving to check out, there's 1 lane with a person at it, and you're lucky if they have a bagger. If it's busy you might get lucky and get 2 lanes open (and maybe 1 bagger). I'm tired of going to self checkout.The final straw was they now charge you $0.10 a bag (paper bags) PLUS TAX that have always been included to "be more green," however it's clearly just another money grab.
