Great visit to the Reading, MA store this week.
Well organized and able to easily find everything I needed.
Checkout cashier was friendly and efficient.
In and out in a matter of minutes.

The only Staples where I wasted time. Came to print two pages, 2 out of 3 printers were not working (jammed error message), 1 printer was occupied for a customer for a long time (which is not store or a customer fault). Tried
to get help from an associate but it’s a waiting game too…ended up just leaving as driving to different store seemed to be more time efficient option

I had to stop and utilize the copy center while on the road - the gentleman there was extremely helpful and did the right thing by me. I'd highly recommend it. I wish this staff was at the location near my home!

Love this location for any of my Staples needs. Particularly because all of the employees here are always so nice & kind when helping me out (:
Just the other day an employee named Sam at the print services area where UPS dropoff was helped me and we had a fun chat about work & the weather. They made the dropoff really easy and enjoyable after a long day for me!
I also did a dropoff over at the register to recycle some ink and I think the employee's name Bryan(?) Bryant(?) I can't remember, but they were also super nice (:

who ever runs the cash register is horrible. big tall guy with glasses. so weird wouldn’t let me leave the store with out looking at something to the point where another employee had to step in. wont be back.

Great printing servicesI stopped by for a custom printing project. Joseph was extremely helpful and nice. He made many great suggestions and reformatted my project to save me some money. He was a pleasure to work with. I'd certainly go to this staples for custom work.
