I have gone here several times to get jewelry authenticated and to get rings resized and they have always come out perfectly, even the rings other jewelers would have/did turn away. They are very kind and accurate about timelines for how long things will take as well. Highly recommend going to them. They are very professional and helpful as well!

I cannot say enough great things about Simms. After a terrible experience with a jeweler in Boston, we went to see Peter and it was the best decision. He gave us great advice, redesigned my engagement ring with my great aunt’s stone in the best way, and found the perfect stone to put in the original setting for my mom. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. You are in the best hands at Simms.

I called them because I was in the area, found them on Yelp and saw all the 5-star reviews. They told me they could replace the wristwatch battery while I waited, so I came right in. They replaced my battery in less than five minutes, at a reasonable price. Great customer service with a smile. Highly recommend!

I lost a small diamond from my wedding band. Not only did they fix the missing diamond and it's prong, they made sure that the remaining setting was intact. Quick service with great craftsmanship.

I’m sitting here unable to stop staring at my hand. I’ve always loved my engagement ring but it was very “dainty” and 20 years and 3 kids later it had really taken a beating. I needed a way to make it more substantial and sturdy, but I didn’t want it to be any different than when my husband gave it to me... a tall order. I went to Simms and they somehow made a custom ring that looked functionally identical to my original, but had enough added heft and technical/structural differences to withstand the mania of my every day. I’m thrilled I went to Simms and so happy I decided to go the custom route rather than just buy some similar setting that already existed. The customer service was great, and I should add that these folks always donate to local charities when asked. It was a win/win. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!!!
