This specific store has gone down hill over the past year or 2, certain employees ignorant and have no customer service always long wait times between customers just to get a roll of tape I waited 22 minutes another time I waited 17 minutes at the counter for a couple purdy brushes. Prices are ridiculous go a half mile down the road to Home depot and get the same exact products for 4-12 dollars cheaper.

Made a trip here and turned out to be a waste of time. They don't do sample sized paints. He suggested I buy 3 of the smallest cans at $30 each what??

Came here on 6/2/21 around 5:30PM. Being the only customer at that moment in the store, the staff just sitting at the back of the office without offering any help. HORRIBLE experience, we will not consider buying anything from Sherwin-Williams especially at this store in Reading.

The place was sparkling clean...loved the way the color choices were laid out. Made it all so easy!The rep was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t push or hover, when we were ready we fired off our questions and he answered every one of them.

The man who was working on Sunday July 11th Was rude. I asked for a price difference between a quart and a gallon of paint he quoted me the prices and then when I went to pay the price was higher. I said I thought the paint was on sale and he said only if you have a coupon. why quote me one price and charge me another? It's either on sale or it's not. He was annoyed because I asked questions. No customer service skills whatsoever.
