Superb service. The lady at the counter was very friendly and took the time to explain to me in detail about being a member and so on, when I had stopped by to pick up the online order.

Tony w bike / ski shop - incredible at helping troubleshoot an REI bike that I tried to rebuild (after storage) and with repairing a twin stroller that was available in the member discount area. thank you Tony & REI. great investment to be an REI member (my Dad joined long ago in Virginia )
