20 Main St, Andover“We are a local business and the folks at this location were beyond helpful in getting us set up with Change of Address, etc. I also love the building they are in. Great people, great service.”
“Great! I like the office, the workers, and the location. I walk everywhere. I don't mind coming in. The Santa Mailbox during Christmas is also very, very cute. I like this location. I have lots of patience. Call me crazy, but grace and class and patience all go a long way during Christmas, especially in the year 2020.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
174 Park St, North Reading“Great location for retail service. People mistake this for the processing plant all the time--01889, Middlesex Essex is a different place so if you have complaints about your package being stuck, it's not the fault of the North Reading Post Office. Matt the window clerk is always friendly and helpful, I enjoy coming here for my postal products!”
“Steven at the Waltham post office was very helpful during the passport process. He was very patient with my family. He helped us with the step by step with a smile. He went an extra mile and gave my toddler coloring paper to keep him busy. He knew the customers by name. Just a phenomenal and excellent service. Thank you Steve!”

8AM - 5:30PM
5 Bedford St, Burlington“Let's be real the old lady at the front desk should've retired ~10 years ago. Her bad attitude just gives places like this a bad vibe. Just hire an underpaid college kid, even they'll have more manners. With people already asking to defund the post office this lady isn't really helping her case lol. She told me to call the state department if I had questions about my passport? Seems to me like someone with 60+ years experience working there would know the simple process of filling a passport form out”
8AM - 5:30PM
10 Stevens St, Andover“I did my passport appointment today. Had a really good experience. I came in even hour earlier and they were able to take care of me early. All thanks to Debbie for being very helpful, the process was straightforward and easygoing”

637 Lowell St Ste 4, Peabody“There's a clerk works here his name is John he is the nicest most efficient postal worker I've dealt with in a very long time. And he's easy on the eyes ? Just a super guy they're lucky to have him. The convenience of this location is much appreciated ?.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
41 S Main St, Middleton“I gave a 4 star rating because I've always had very good customer service at the Middleton Post Office, but today I was so annoyed and felt compelled to air my grievance. I called their phone number not once, not twice, but 3 times this morning. It range 11 times then straight to a busy signal. NO ONE would answer the phone! I had a very quick, simple question. All I wanted was my carrier's name so I could put it on her Christmas card. The greeting says to stay on the line for the next available representative. I ended up having to drive to the post office just to get my question answered. The woman behind the counter first said they were too busy to answer the phone this morning, then told me that she didn't even think the ringer was on because the phone hadn't rung all day. Seriously????? I too work in a busy office, but would never, ever not answer the phone. To shut the ringer off so they don't have to is not just bad customer service, it's downright rude!”
7:30AM - 6:30PM
462 Washington St, Woburn“I was there this morning and had to mail two letters internationally and the guy at the front desk was very nice and helped me out a lot. Thank you for that. :-)”
“I’ve been going to this post office for years to send the occasional package and never had any issues, never had to wait more than maybe 10 minutes and that was extremely unusual, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful!”
“Today I got my passport for the first time. Between the snow and going to the wrong location. I surely thought I was going to have to reschedule. However Bob was very helpful and made it happen. Thank you!”
7:30AM - 5:30PM
10 Court St, Arlington“I think that it's extremely unfortunate that this post office has gotten such low ratings. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and I can honestly say that while I have had very few interaction directly with staff, there I rarely have any reason to bother a humanbeing with such a simple task as taking a letter, because this is one of the few locations in the greater Boston area that still has a 24-7-365 SELF-SERVICE KIOSK IN THE LOBBY. Anyone that chooses to go during the day to a busy post office and expects to get out of there quickly is delusional and they probably have issues with using the self-service kiosks at most grocery stores. I have never had a problem with the kiosk and I hope that this review will help others make better use of their time and reduce the burden on postal workers. GO THERE AT 7:00 P.M. THERE'S NOBODY THERE ?”
7:30AM - 5PM
492 Trapelo Rd, Belmont“I went here early on a Thursday morning and there was no wait. I did not have a box for my item and the USPS employee was so nice in helping me find a box and pack my item. I was pleasantly surprised by how well my experience was!”
8AM - 5PM
1661 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington“I Have been a Box holder at Lexington P.O. for about 50 years. I've always been treated with utmost respect and courtesy. After reading all the negative reviews, I think it's about time for an honest and positive review! The current staff and window clerks are all excellent, very helpful, and do their best under some trying situations. On occasion, I've seen customers become rudebecause they don't want to pay what is required for a service. The current staff always provides the various options for the service requested so the customer can choose what's best for them. No business can be perfect, but I think the staff in the Lexington does their best every single day! R.G.Mass. P.O.”
“This is a solid post office! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they usually have a bin for drop-offs separate from the counter. There are lots of negative reviews, but I’ve never had a bad experience here.”
“Friendly and helpful staff. Even with someone USPS ignorant like me, they were patient and helped me out in great detail. Now that I know its this easy I will be using it more frequently.”
“Been to this USPS a couple times. Both times had a pleasant experience. Easy access, street parking nearby. Briana (according to nametag) was super helpful at my most recent visit. Briana was quick and efficient but not rushing me out of the door even though there was no one else working and the lunch rush had arrived.”
8:30AM - 5PM
2 Abbott St, Woburn“The mailboxes in here are very nice. The detail in the craftsmanship is something you do not see often. However this location is in great walking distance to the local business in the area. When there’s a line it just requires for a little patience but once your at the counter the customer service reps are very full of personality but they answer all your questions Whether you need a book of stamps, purchasing a card, shipping a package or inquiry. It’s a very secure location.”

“This is the beat branch for USPS, Jason is super helpful, knowledgeable and kind, the guy with glasses and a little gray hair! Kudos Jason, thank you so much for the help all the time.”
