My Truck was dirty ,over spray every where. Didn't spray where I wanted. Their was much over spray and black finger prints all over. I had my truck detail. I called back for 3 weeks answer machine. All set. I had someone else finish the job

Eric, the owner was great to work with. He was fair, knowledgeable and accommodating. The final product came out looking great. Definitely check them out if you're looking to get Line-X for whatever application you're looking for.

Unbelievable job on my new f150. I was expecting a couple clumpy areas and it was flawless. Like it was just another factory part of the truck. Eric and and crew know there business.I would highly recommend these guys and the price was very fair.

Overall didn't have a great experience with Line-X. The initial spray was a total flop to say the least. Eric took ownership of the issue, replacing the damaged parts and having the bed re-sprayed. Full points for correcting the issue, but the initial job never should have made it out the door.

This guy is a complete hack! First when I called and told him what kind of truck I had he kept asking if I'd sell it... I told him it wasn't for sale... then I leave it with him to have the rockers, bed and undercarriage sprayed. After two weeks I had to demand my truck back, I told him done or not I need my truck... he said I could come get it and he had obviously sprayed everything last minute. There was overspray all over my new flowmaster exhaust system and on my paint job. The truck was smoking from underneath and smelled terrible from all the parts under the truck he failed to tape off, then the work he did on the rockers started pealing away from the truck! He never even sanded or prepped the surface before he sprayed it! I had just got a new paint job and find out the bed liner is pealing off the truck! His shop looks terrible and he doesn't even have a showroom. I called and asked him to fix it and he said he was busy and he might be able to get to it next year! I called corporate and they sent me to tri city lineX and they really had a beautiful showroom and shop and took great care of my truck and redid all the liner on my rockers and it came out amazing

These guys are amazing. Got my f250 in same day and sprayed the line x . Looks amazing. Would recommend to anyone this is the place to go.

I would strongly suggest NOT using this location! The franchise owner was dealing with the dealership we went through when purchasing a new truck. He picked up the truck from the dealership, decided to take it home before taking it to his shop, had it overnight, and the next day after installing the bed liner, decided to take our truck to the movies, (we happened to be at the Methuen Loop and saw the truck, looking at the plate and realizing it was ours!) left the movies with an open bucket of popcorn, in our NEW truck, as we identified ourselves as the owners of the truck, he peeled out of the spot, nearly ran over my son, squealing the tires, blowing through stop signs while speeding over speed bumps with no remorse! He then proceeded to speed through methuen, before reaching his destination, and unplugged the battery from the truck so we couldn't track the location! If that's not an admission of guilt! This guy will abuse your vehicle! We caught him, how many others has he done it too?!?!?!

Purchased a tonneau cover and had line-x added to my truck bed. Part of the bedliner was damaged from the manufacturer but the cover was able to be used until replacement parts were received. Overall the service was great but the location is very difficult to find. They should add a note to the web page that your GPS may lead you to an alley and give you either lat/long or a simple note with proper directions.
