“Dr. George was extremely professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. English is not my first language and he tried speaking in spanish as much as possible. The medical assitants were all amazing !Side note: this is an extremely clean space.”
“Excellent service with on site laboratories and expert personnel. I worked with microscopist A. Lutz for overnight sample testing and the results were quick and clear. They will not advise on remediation or abatement of materials, and I find that useful so that there is no conflict of interest while interpreting the outcome of something like an asbestos test.”

“Everything was quick and easy from registration to actually getting my labs done. I was nervous at first from reading the reviews but in all honesty everyone was pleasant and moved in a quick fashion. People who are working 12 hour days drawing labs all day are not there for conversation or to have to sit there and baby you because you feel entitled to "customer service". To be quite frank you should just have all your stuff together ready to get labs and leave.. There is truly no need to require anything more from the lab staff, do your job and they will do theirs. Honestly you will probably get a better reaction too if you help them to help you.”

“APPOINTMENT ONLY. Yes it advertises walk ins, but you are just gambling. There were at least 5 people waiting for over several hours at this location, however, the lady who drew my blood was extremely efficient and professional. I know it’s difficult to find time and postpone labs, but please, you will save yourself so much time in the long run by going on their website and booking a later date.
Also there is free 2 hour parking on mass Ave. DO NOT pay for the parking lot, it is not free.”

“They were quick, efficient, and professional. Needed a sibling DNA test for court. They were amazing with my 6 year old that is not the easiest to deal with and my 4 month old infant.We went in on a Monday afternoon. Only people there which was helpful and got my results 5 days.
