“LOVE this location! Everyone is helpful and they are quick with the whole process. I drive past many other dry cleaners just because this location is worth the drive!The drive-thru is very convenient and I only come here for alterations now too. I'd give more stars if that was an option!”
“I'm here right now Valentines Day and of course I spilled coffee on my comforter both of them so Thank you Neptune. I haven't been here in about 13 years so of course the machines are 21st century and it's 950 pm . The only good thing about this whole fiasco is the gentleman who is working here I wasn't sure if I needed a laundry card I only had 11.00$ on me my wash was 20.49 but he obviously could tell I was just a little overwhelmed. I gave him my bank card he bought the laundry card plus he put enough money on it so I had NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT . I don't want to seem to forward and ask his name but if anyone at Neptune reads this know that you really have an employee that loves helping people . PS HE ALSO HASNT STOPPED CLEANING ALL THE MACHINES AND SWEEPING WHILE IVE BEEN HERE PLACE IS SPOTLESS”

“I've gone to Raintree on multiple occasions for my hawaiian shirts, once to alter a couple in. Most recently, I brought a 2 piece suit and blazer down. They'd a fantastic job and even called a day after I dropped them off to let me know they accidentally charged for 2 2 piece suits. They corrected it immediately. It is rare to find people with this level of honesty. There are no words for how highly I recommend this business.”
“I don't typically go to laundromats but recently had my washing machine take a dump all over my basement. After visiting Oxford Street Laundry, I may consider not getting it fixed. The place is clean, welcoming. And I had a good night relaxing while my clothes churned in the brand new machines here. 10/10 will wash pants here again soon.”

“Kostas and his team run a fantastic establishmen, courteous, professional and always do a stellar job. I've never had an order that was not laundered perfectly, folded and arranged by clothe type in the bag, making it easy to store away. They always deliver and pick up in time and take care and diligence with every item. Even items sent for dry cleaning to them have been returned spotless, with care given to delicate fabrics. In the rare occasion that something was not up to mark, they've offered an immediate redo and an offered to do my next order free of charge. Every text request is replied to promptly and professionally. I highly recommend them.”

“I had a lot of blankets and other things to wash. Sam was so helpful and kind. She will definitely be the reason I return to this laundromat next time. She was very patient with the large volume of sheets I needed to clean, and great to talk to while I was waiting.I used the washing machine that takes over 60lbs. They worked well and did a thorough job cleaning all the sheets. The dryers were spacious and worked great as well. Overall pleasant experience with excellent service.”

“I got my wedding dress hemmed here and Kathy did beautifully! She hemmed the front and added the lace edging that came with my dress and all for a reasonable price. Kathy made sure she got it done in time for my wedding! It was the absolute perfect length and the lace was added flawlessly (bottom front of the dress; I couldn't even see the edge!) I'll definitely be going to her for all of my alterations.”

“Went on a snowy Saturday night, and walked into one of the cleanest, most organized, and well-stocked laundromats I've ever seen. Floors, machines, shelves, folding surfaces were clean and actively being cleaned in the short time I was there. Dozens of machines with free drying credits for washers (I used a 9-load washer and got 25 minutes free drying, and that's all my clothes needed). Clothes smelled really fresh afterward. The staff is so helpful, they made me lament my wasted years learning Spanish in high school, and the best I could muster was a heartfelt "gracias" when leaving. I did a week's worth of laundry in less than an hour at the best laundromat in the Boston area.”

“Amazing! I am describing a laundrymat as AMAZING! Never in my life have I enjoyed being at a laundromat, until yesterday! It’s a very unique look inside, really cool things to look at, fun themes. But, the best part was the employees and the owner! There were two attendants on duty when I arrived. The young man came over to give me a few tips, he took it upon himself to come over as he could clearly see me struggling. I thought that was just so kind, he also made sure to let me know his shift was ending and there was a sweet young lady who could assist if I had any questions. So, same thing… I was struggling at the dryers, she came over and offered tips and helped me, but on her own, I didn’t have to seek her out, she just came over and helped me! Soooo time passes and I see who could possibly be the owner, I approach him to compliment his staff and he is just as sweet and agrees his staff is great! And on top of all these amazing, awesome things, the machines are great, clean, they’re quick, they SANITIZE your clothes, price is very fair, dryers are very quick and efficient also. And obviously with such great vibes, I met some very nice customers as well. I can’t believe how cool a laundry mat is, I will be looking forward to going back!”

“I’ve been using Top Care since moving to Burlington (at least 6 years) Every time I’ve gone in they’ve been wonderful. The owners are great people- very accommodating. I’ve had a few times I’ve needed a quick turnaround and they always have helped me out. I once forgot an item I had dry cleaned for quite some time - I assumed it was just gone but they still had it for me when i finally remembered I never went back to get it. I would definitely recommend them”
