My sales consultant, Anthony, took the time to understand my needs and navigated the entire process with patience and expertise. Anthony was the absolute best! The service was friendly and attentive, with excellent communication throughout the entire process. He made sure to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable with my decision. Not only did I get a great price, but the entire experience was seamless and stress-free.

I am writing this review on behalf of myself and my mom. After recently leaving with a horrible experience from another dealership we did not have high hopes of finding someone to help us find my mom a car. As soon as we entered we were greeted with Anthony our salesperson and coffee. He answered all of my mom's questions and concerns. Anthony was patient with us and showed us all of our options. Glad to say my mom got her dream car! Everyone at the dealership was super friendly to us. The owner greeted us with a smile. The finance team was also so friendly and helpful so thank you to JJ and Samantha. And of course the from desk receptionist was also so kind. Need to say I would recommend this dealership and Anthony for all your car shopping needs. I will not fear going to buy a car because I know Route 128 Honda has my back. Thank you all for an amazing car shopping experience.

I had an appointment at 8:45 a.m. I got there on time. Only wanted an oil change. They said it would be about 1.5 hrs. I decided to wait for it. After 1.5 hrs, got a text that there were 4-5 things that needed “immediate attention.” Each costs approximately $160. I declined all. I asked what was happening with my car after 2 hrs. Got my car back 15 minutes later. Friendly personnel. Popcorn and tv in waiting room. But why have an appointment when it still takes just as long as if I walked in?

At Prime Honda I never felt rushed or pressured, they were patient in answering any and all questions I had. I really can’t describe how great the experience was except if you’re looking for a vehicle go there 100% you won’t be disappointed
