“I was in there today for a vexing problem about a dripping spigot. As always, Tom knew exactly what the solution was. I said, "I feel bad coming here, getting valuable advice, and walking and paying 80 cents for a washer." "Leave a Google review" was the response from the fellow standing next to him. I see that I already left a 5-star review 3 years ago, but I'm adding some text. Also: embarrassed to admit that the other day I went to Home Depot looking for metric machine screws. I looked today, and the supply at Hillside is better and cheaper.”
“I wanted to buy the 4 outdoor dining chairs that were high up on the wall display. Went to the service desk asked for help and no one came. I did ask the garden employee Jim who was outside and without hesitation he came right over and got the chairs for me. He also opened a box for additional chairs that I wanted. He saved Home Depot from a disappointed customer to one who will return again ! I almost walked out empty handed but instead bought 6 chairs ! Yay Jim ??⭐️

The following day I was presenting at a sales conference and my booth wasn't delivered, so I had to recreate the entire booth from scratch. When I told Kenny what I needed, he did everything to get me what I wanted.

“Had a great experience here buying a grill on 6/16- initially a bit disappointed that what we wanted/ thought was there was not available, but home depot was incredibly accommodating and had us walking out with exactly what we hoped for.
Was fully ready to just go spend a bunch more at Costco for a fancy grill I didn’t need, but thrilled with what I ended up with.
Propane and a nice grill tool purchased as well, was nice to get it all done in one place and the team working could not have been more helpful”

“I had an issue with a broken water heater that was installed at 8:00 PM to find out it was cracked causing all the water to spill out. We had to take it apart and return for a new one before the store closed that night. Thank you to Sarah and Jackie who made the process seamless and doing the right thing and saving us some money. In an era where customer service is a lost art they stepped up and talked me off the ledge with their help. I say Thank you for your help and making the customer feel appreciated again.”
“I purchased a grill from Lowe's in Saugus yesterday and I had a great experience. I dealt with Tim, and Nathan (the blond guy). They really helped me and answered all my questions. When I went to pay for it Jim really helped me as well. All three of these gentlemen should be commended in some way as to how courteous and professional they are. Tim, Jim, and Nathan are a great asset to Lowe's. I will continue to shop at Lowe's because of these gentlemen.”
