2. Facilities and updated/top-of-the-line equipment! The facilities are sparkling clean and the cardio and 30-min. workout equipment is more current than the equipment at other gyms.

“I have been going to Mike Boyle and seeing Coach Nico for many years. My kids started going with their sports teams and I got tired of watching and waiting so started working out myself. It was the best decision and kept me in shape! More recently, I have gone through breast cancer and had a Double Mastectomy. The workouts got me ready for surgery and helped me recover. It was a place that gave me so much support and encouragement! It's great to see a great gym with such a welcoming community.During my second session I also had the pleasure of the owner introducing himself as he seems to pride himself on knowing who everyone is.More gyms need to follow the example set by this one.”
“I was in town for the week for meetings. I came by the 530am WOD twice while in town. The programming was good, the coaching was great! Coach Brandon focused on form and position and did a good job at catering to those who could do RX or RX+ as well as those who had to scale each pert of the workout. Everybody was very friendly. This and the attentiveness of the staff is what makes this locations stand out from others I have worked at. Additionally, given the location, it's not too busy and find getting access to the times I need easy and without hassle. Great staff, great spot, great times.”

( I’m an electrician ) I’m on and industrial site at break having a protein shake … A co worker laughs at me and tells me I’m drinking garbage .he tells me about his personal trainer who had tons of experience and is a wizard about body composition and chemistry even beyond the dynamics a person trainer usually knows .I’m like yeah , yeah whatever man .He gives me the information for this place called GYM WARRIORS in Peabody at the time .I go and get some advice on diet plan and a suggestion for workout program ( skeptical mind you )After discussing things for a while and comming up with a plan with Paul DSimone leading the way with his extensive knowledge he suggests just doing a personal training session and seeing what he can do for me .So I take him up and do a trial workout .He asked me what group to workout and also explained good programs to follow and walked me through an amazing workout .I was tired and had pushed more than I usually would have but also felt like training was more complete than most I had followed previous .The guy knows his stuff for sure .I’m happy he’s a mom and pop because the attention you get for personal training is more tailored and better than you’re going to get anywhere else .He lives this stuff and it shows .It’s a no brainer GYM WARRIORS is the place to workout .Get some personal training regimen programs from him , let him guide you through some awesome workouts .The supplements are natural organic stuff . All around a ten for me”

Since then I've done several public performances, learned a ton of moves, and discovered a great community.More than anything, I feel safe learning at Fly Together Fitness. I feel safe being there as a man, knowing I'm in a room that welcomes all kinds of people and bodies. I feel safe learning advanced techniques and combos because the studio instructors are so skilled and safety-conscious. I feel safe expressing myself and bringing my own style to pole, because the community here is so supportive.I've taken classes at a dozen studios around the world, and I can say that Fly Together has the best curriculum to take a student from their first class up to accomplishing the hardest technical tricks. The studio has structured levels, with a specific move list for each one, so that every student in a class has a solid foundation for the techniques to come.The instructors aren't afraid to push you, but every move is shown with modifications and alternatives, so that everyone can make progress from where they're at. There are conditioning and flexibility classes to help students develop the capacity for more difficult tricks, as well as flow and choreography classes that help you squeeze the most expression out of your dance routine.Did I mention that the studio has public performances, a choreography-writing class for those who want to improve their competition or showcase pieces, and social pole-jams throughout the year?If you've been thinking of trying pole, or you're a veteran looking for a new studio to call home, I cannot recommend Fly Together Fitness enough.”
“I have been going to Fitness within for five weeks now. I started on the 30 day challenge and from the beginning I was impressed. Domenic gave a great first impression. He really listened and cared about what your goals were. The trainers are all awesome and are always working to push you to be better every workout. If you are someone who has limitations with different exercises the trainers are excellent at providing alternatives to the workouts to make sure you are getting the best out of the workout and never make you feel bad for not being able to do an exercise.
