Rather rude. No hello, no goodbye, no thank you, no nothing. Seems very unhappy and ungrateful for the business which, as a small business I would think any transaction is appreciated.

They are very helpful and have a lot of clothes to include christening outfits. They don’t have a lot for toddlers or kids, but they have tons of clothes for 0-12 months. The customer service is great and the quality of clothes are good. They are pricey, but you pay for what you get and it’s good quality.

What a great experience here! I wasn’t expecting the same experience as having a little girl with a dress, but that’s what we got! Even for a little boy this experience is special, and good hearts made sure to acknowledge that! My son felt special and we got the most handsome suit!! Thank you all so much

Amazing store! The woman that run this adorable shop are both kind, knowledgeable and patient. My daughter and I went in to find a dress for a recent event. The saleswoman showed us around and spent a good portion of time talking to my daughter who was having trouble deciding.. i will definitely be back again and again.

A Negative Star is Needed! This store is TRASH! Never again! The worst experience! At least for me. In the middle of letting My daughther pick her dress, one of their employees, had the audacity to assume how much I had to spend. (I ask for the price of the dress Jay liked, she reply $385. Then continue with telling me it’s okay if it’s not in my price range sending me off else where) Furthermore upon entry the First Lady which should have been wearing a confederate flag as a dress totally disregarded us as paying customers in such a rush to brush us off because she had a ongoing appointment and I should have book one, after I have had many attempts reaching out, trying to set a appointment and was left on view on their FB messenger, she suggested I go on the website when I can clearly see they was viewing my messages.Everyone knows me very well & know how i have no limits for my kids, especially how hard they have been working on their first communion and Baptism, but I refuse to spend my money in this place, even after my 12yr old son explain to her what she did wrong she continued sending us off to other stores as if we had any plans to stay there waisting our time and money. GoodHearts Childrens Shop should be a ashamed.

We made an appointment and went yesterday. I hadn't seen my God daughter in over a year since the pandemic. We had a great experience. It felt very safe. We had all the attention of store. They had a great selection of dresses to choose from. It was really a one stop shop for Communion dresses and accessories. Our helper made sure our time spent there was very pleasurable. We picked out a beautiful dress, shoes, veil, gloves and mask. We also bought a special bag and hanger to properly store the dress. Thank you Goodhearts!!!

A beautiful shop. I had purchased many items from them before and the customer service has always been outstanding, but today they went above and beyond for me. Just found out that I needed a gift for a drive-by baby shower. I found an item on their online shop that was perfect. Before placing the order I emailed the shop to see if it was still in stock. I received an immediate response. The item was available and the owner offered to wrap it and deliver it today! Will always be my go-to for beautiful clothes for babies and young children.

GoodHearts children’s clothing is beautiful! They have the cutest things for boys and for girls . The selection is unbelievable . They have clothing for all occasions , Christmas , Easter , Thanksgiving , 4th of July ,Birthdays , Baptism , and First Holy Communion . The sizes are from birth up to I think size 12 . They also have Beautiful bows and many other hair pieces. They also have lots of gifts and toys for baby and children .You really need to visit this place , and guarantee you’ll go back time and time again !

We recently purchased my daughter's christening gown here. The shop is bright, cheerful and the staff were really kind and helpful with things like measurements. They have a lot of options (traditional gowns and short dresses) and price points. They have a lot of different materials and all high quality.
