Went in to upgrade our phones, everything was fine until it came time to pay. We were only told that we had to pay the taxes to upgrade. No problem… It ended up coming to almost 300 dollars. The math didn’t add up.. We looked at our receipt and there was two separate “Set Up” fees for 45 dollars each!! I asked what it was and he told me “it’s non-refundable.. It’s a fee for me to set up your new phone” .. It look him 10 minutes and all he did was turn the thing on. I did the rest and transferred my information over to the new one while he helped another customer. NEVER go here. They are not honest!!!!

I walked in right when they opened because my phone was having an issue with it's SIM card and Jerel was so helpful. It took about 20 minutes but he was able to fix the issue. Great experience!

They lied about the tablet being free, lied about data rates for it, and screwed up simple contact and content transfer to my new phone. Worst store ever.

We sat for 40 minutes. There were 4 sales associates. Not one acknowledged us, said hello, or a wait time. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional the staff behaved. We called the Taunton store on County Street. Excellent service, set up and prices. I would not return to Raynham location again!

When I went to verizon in Raynham I was pleasantly welcomed by Drew. He showed great dedication and pride in his work. He was so pleasant to work with. I would give Drew 10 stars if I could. Thank you Drew and thank you verizon.

My experience at this store with employee Jeremy was absolutely outstanding! He immediately put me at ease with my phone issues, put real thought into helping me with every step of the process including searching for ways I could even save. It's amazing how much patience he showed and the many questions he answered for me. My day was completely turned around. Thank you Jeremy!

Bad experience! Still fighting over my bill. No results! no answer from salesperson! , and wasted 3 trips to the store. Never again! And no one else in the store seemed to want to help! Completely done with Verizon!

Drew Cripps came down to the shop to help figure out if I would get great reception before I got phones. We have 5 lines and the other co didn’t have service of all places in my office.I’ve never had a phone co come to my place of business for anything. I can barely get them on the phone.I can’t say enough about this gentleman.You have to ask for Drew!
