I was overdue for an oil change so I had checked it 3 days prior to coming here for service, it was right where it should be (5.5 quarts) they used a siphon pump to drain the oil which appeared to only pull out about 4.5 quarts. I figured the tank on the pump probably isn’t that accurate and there’s no way they will overfill my tiny engine by a full quart, they know what they’re doing, right? Wrong! My OCD told me to check the oil after the car had been sitting for a while, it was way overfilled. Luckily we have a manual siphon pump at work and I pulled out over a quart to bring the level down to the full mark on the dipstick. Hopefully the 30 miles I drove didn’t cause any real damage by the frothy oil clogging the oil pump and starving the internals of oil. It would have taken a solid 60 seconds to remove that extra quart with their siphon pump but I guess they figured that by the time the motor blew, they would have deniability.

My daughter went in to get an oil change and was not asked which oil she wanted but because of her car they chose one and it ended up costing double what I paid for mine! $161 for an oil change!! Told her that she had a broken head gasket and yet still changed her oil before she could even agree to the price. When I went there previously they asked me what I wanted for oil as I was the one paying for it, but did not offer my younger daughter that courtesy. Instead they chose oil that cost $119 just for the initial oil! And more for the extra quart!! The girl I spoke to on the phone (Assistant Manager Nicole) argued with me on the phone saying she knows what is best for that car as she has one, and threatened to call the cops if my daughter would not pay the price they stated! She yelled and talked over me and then left the conversation when I stated I would take this complaint higher. We told her to stop and she said they had already drained the oil and the whole price was due or again she would call the cops. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND BY A MANAGER IS DISGUSTING. Steer clear if you don't want them to choose how you spend your money and a manager who is rude and yell when you question them. Nice job robbing younger driver's who aren't as versed in what a rip off is.

These guys were friendly, knowledgeale, and humorous, too! I felt like I was in good hands, and especially liked their down-to-earth demeanor, always respectful and never once feeling the need for mansplaining and treating me like I knew mechanical things about the 5-speed I was driving even though I am a woman. Refreshing not to be treated as if I was an idiot because I am a woman. Soooo nice for a change!!

Great service and friendly customer service! I was shocked how fast my oil change was. There was a 2 week wait for an oil change at my usual car dealership on Route 44! I would recommend Vavoline to my family members because I had a great experience there!

Went there for an oil change. They undid my skid plate and didn’t put it back on. And within the hour, it broke in half. And I was unable to put it back up. They didn’t put the bolts back on.

I used to come here when it was Jiffy Lube… And they closed… But I recently came back and the guys here were the nicest oil change people I’ve ever met. The guy who did my oil - LEE - was maybe the nicest service person I’ve ever met. What a way to handle customers!
