I came to find a cord for my laptop to hook up to a projector. I did not know the name of the cord and came only with a picture of the plug I needed to hook it up to. Mikhaul was very helpful in finding what I needed! Thank you!

I went to the Staples in Raynham to use the photocopy center to make multiple copies of legal documents, only to be informed that they were too busy to do photocopies. Apparently if I wanted to make copies on a machine myself, they would be happy to take my money for the privilege, but counter service was just too much. I was in the store about 15 minutes and in that time, not one machine was in operation behind the counter. I have never before been to a photocopy center where they would not take walking business because they we so busy with other jobs. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A STAPLES AGAIN.

Visited UPS Shipping Center at Staples on 04/09/22 just after 1:30 p.m. The customer service rep on duty at the time did an OUTSTANDING JOB in assisting us with a package we were sending to our daughter in South Carolina for Easter. With a few simple questions he asked us and the information that we provided, he was able to process our package for shipping within minutes! He was very thorough in reviewing all the i formation entered on the shipping label to ensure it was correct He also offered a number of options and prices for shipping the package. We were verry happy with our experience at the UPS Shipping Center at Staples and even more happy to know that my daughter will be receiving our package in time for Easter!

Polite, friendly staff at the desk. Only glitch was two men tried to jump the line in front of me and another woman until I spoke up and said I was next. (Guys, you can do better than that.)

I went there too fax something but I have used the UPS there also before. They staff have always been very helpful no matter what I needed to get or find in any department

The UPS shipping center is located within the Staples store and to the right just after entering. I waited a short while for an associate to come over and scan my package to be delivered. Overall the staff seemed friendly though short handed. I was neither satisfied or dissatisfied with the transaction. I would be wary of believing the negative reviews. After all, these people never learned how to spell or use punctuation. If they don't have the patience to learn grammar, we shouldn't expect them to be reasonably patient in waiting for a UPS attendant.

Never will use them again. Item sent got insurance they damaged and extremely hard time to collect on computer damaged by them box delivered smashed all packing falling out and delivered as is. Just gave up because of hard time given only wanted the 100 dollars value stated had pictures of box plus item. They wanted me to send it for repair evaluation which would cost 75 dollars and would not pay for it that would leave me 25 dollars from value stated.
