The technician showed up to my place of work, took my phone to repair and 20mins maybe even less it was repaired. Simple, fast, and convenient. That's the best you can ask for!

Went in about a week ago because I had trouble connecting my phone to a charger. I was in and 5 minutes. Employee just cleaned it out and with a pick and said I should be all set. Couldn't have been less painless and it worked!

I really messed up my screen on my S22 Ultra... See attached photo. Will at this ubreakifix location took good care of me and had me in and out in about an hour!! Everything is sealed and looking good, and he even offered to professionally apply a screen protector so I can avoid this little oopsy again. This is my second time here and I've been satisfied both times.
(Edited due to autocorrect changing "ubreakifix" to "unrealistic" ?)

The technician was great.
He came out 3 weeks ago on a Wednesday and replaced the screen.
My S-Pen didn't work when I turned the phone on.
I checked on the web and it said it's probably a bad screen. I later verified that with Samsung.
I called immediately and was told there were no appointments available that week and I would have to bring it to a store. I said I would take an appointment the following week and was told they couldn't make one.
I asked if I could call back on Monday and they said yes.
I called back on Monday and was told there were no appointments and I had to bring it in. I don't want to drive 1/2 hour, to then wait for up to 2 hours with nothing to do, so I don't want to bring it in.
I called back this week and got an appointment. He replaced the screen again and everything is fine.
The technician is fabulous, but either the company's policies are horrible or some of their phone staff are horrible.
It was a VERY unpleasant experience.

I have been here twice! Everyone is very friendly, and the fixes on my phone have been speedy. You can tell that they know their stuff here, and that their heart is in the work :)
