I recently had an extremely frustrating encounter at my local T-Mobile store, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with their customer support agent.Firstly, the store itself was chaotic and disorganized. There were long wait times, and the staff seemed more interested in socializing with each other than assisting customers. The lack of professionalism was evident from the moment I walked in.Upon getting assistance, I found the customer support agent; I don't recall her name. I don't mean to disrespect her weight, but she is the big lady who works there. She was unhelpful, very rude, and uninterested in resolving my concerns. It was as if they were going through the motions without any genuine desire to assist customers. Their lack of product knowledge was astounding, andI felt like I knew more about T-Mobile's offerings than they did.Moreover, the agent was dismissive and showed little empathy towards my issues. Instead of actively listening to my concerns, they seemed eager to rush through the conversation without addressing the core problems. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this particular representative.Additionally, the store's policies were not communicated clearly, and I left feeling confused and dissatisfied with the customer support agent's resolution – or lack thereof –. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for customer service in a company that relies heavily on client satisfaction.Overall, my experience at the T-Mobile store and with their customer support agent, precisely that big lady, was awful. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice before choosing T-Mobile, as my encounter left me with a sour taste and a strong desire to explore other carriers.

Bad store ever they have a Marline over there she's acting like a big pig ? they don't have customer service tmobil needs to do something with those assault.

Between the lack of functioning technology and the more frustrating lack of customer service I'll be switching plans soon. All set with this phone service; been nothing but problems.

Walked in and they do not even greet you! Then when they do acknowledge you and you explain a situation, they look at you like a crazy person. they do not help, they tell you basically if you lose your phone, you still need to come out of pocket. Or call the third party to do an insurance claim, that you will pay $250 for a deductible. T-mobile has completely lost their minds. If I did not have a contact I would discontinue this service.

This store deserves a 0 star rating extremely poor service and unprofessionalism also very disrespectful to there customers will never do service with them and I encourage anyone who has t-mobile to go to a different site!

Went to the Raynham store to see if they could fix my phone which had no internet service. Immediately upon looking at the phone the representative said I need a new phone they can't fix it. He looked no further than the age of the phone and made no effort to look at it. I took the phone to Central Computer in Middleboro. Within two minutes it was fixed for no charge and I was on my way. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 19 years. This T-Mobile store clerk had no interest in doing anything other than selling me a new phone. I am well aware that my phone at some point will need to be updated to be more compatible with their network changes, but until it no longer works I am happy with it. Same thing happened over a year ago with this store for an unrelated problem that I caused with the phone (not a network problem) again I was told it can't be fixed and I need a new phone , Central Computer again fixed it in less than a minute.How about making an attempt open the phone to see what the problem is? The clerks tone was " he knew phones and I didn't". He is right... but I do know poor service when I'm on the receiving end of it.Go where you are valued it is not at this T-Mobile store in Raynham.

If i could give a 0 i would very surprised the rating is even a 3.6, walked in and dont get greeted… while two employees are on there phones staring at me… didnt know if i grew an extra limb but a “welcome to tmobile” wouldve worked and the attitude is another things as well… IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB PLEASE QUIT. no one is forcing you to work there you decided on your own to apply and accept the job.. the saddest part is i only walked in too get screen protectors… possibly the easiest thing you can do at a tmobile… big fella was so upset he gave the screen protector to his manager to put on ill give it a respectful 0/5 until yous can get your staffing at this place fixed stop hiring anyone, theres plenty of people looking for work that can make this work place better

This my T-Mobile needed protection for my smaller tablet now that Sprint is out of the equation, T-Mobile has given me a smaller and sleek tablet. But my phone on the other hand no help there, I need to call Sprint on that I was not happy they could mot update my phone...
