Sales person doesn't listen, was just asking questions about a car not buying and still tried to force us to sell our car after telling them no. They had their higher up contract us about selling our car when we already said no, don't keep bothering us about it.

I bought a 2024 Honda passport and love my car but there is only one issue that for some reason SILKO Honda cannot fix is a noise my brand new car is making when I go over any size bump on the road . I’ve brought my car there a few times for this problem and they keep saying they fixed it but it’s still making it . I’m supposed to enjoy my new car and instead I hear this awful noise when ever I go over bumps it’s frustrating. I truly feel at this point they don’t actually care about there customers and I will never go back there for another vehicle. I should have just stuck to the dealership I go to but figured I stopped there since I was in the area anyway . BIG MISTAKE

The sales experience was so bad I left and bought the same vehicle from another dealership. Every employee was new, the salesman was on his 4th day, the finance guy on his 3rd and the lack of experience was staggeringly evident. Every time I showed up after making an appointment I had to wait and nothing was prepared, it took over an hour for me to "just sign some paperwork." I couldn't get answers to simple questions like "what payment methods do you accept?" They made promises then reneged the minute we went to ink the deal. Their sales manager raised his voice at me over something his salesman promised then attempted to rescind. The salesman outright lied about aspects of the vehicle and unwarranted fees they tried to charge me. Dealing with Silko completely removed all the joy from the carbuying experience.
I filed a complaint with the Mass AG for their numerous deceptive and illegal practices.

I came to Silko after my Honda Civic was totaled, looking to get into another Honda.
Unfortunately, they didn't have any HRV's available (the car I had originally wanted) - BUT they did have a 2023 Nissan Rogue on the lot. Bill Rasmussen - the salesman we worked with - had me hop in and take it for a drive. It exceeded my expectations, and it was love at first drive!
Bill made the entire process easier. The dealership was fast moving, communicative, and helped us through the process. I truly recommend Bill for any car buying needs - he's extremely personable, is upfront and is knowledgeable.
I would recommend Bill & Silko to family and friends in an instant.
Thanks for helping me drive off into the sunset with my dream car (and at a great price!!!) Bill & Silko Honda!

We had a great experience here!!! Marvin and Randy took excellent care of us. This is a really honest dealership; they went above and beyond to help us in our search and purchase of a used car. The CRV we got came home looking practically brand new! We will be referring our friends, family, and neighbors to Silko.

I recently leased a car from Silko for the first time. I have always financed in past, so I had plenty of questions. My salesman was Jason, he was excellent! He expedited the whole process, so I could enjoy rest of the day off. Finance was also great.good experience overall
