I contacted them... Made an appointment... Showed up for my appointment... Car wasn't there had to go get it... Go for a test drive sales person is too busy. Can't go on the test drive with me tells me to go down some road I do... assorts of questions with no sales to explain ...then come "numbers" for the record I've never seen someone less enthusiastic to sell a car in my entire life and their " manager" ....As an adult... And as someone who knows how dealerships work, successful ones... they better get someone out of the call center and someone who knows what they're doing to go out there and straighten that sales department out... I have never seen such lack of effort or lack of care lack of professionalism by a" manager"or sales person for that matter in my entire life, you guys are literally literally washing car deals down the drain with those people that you have working for you...good luck ...and you're going to need it

Gave one star since the sales team was kind and helpful. Had a horrible experience with the financing team. Was rushed through the process. I caught multiple mistakes on the forms (wrong price on two different forms, "items we owe" incorrect) and they made it clear they were frustrated that they had to correct their mistakes due to how much time that would take. They made it clear they needed to leave asap and this meeting was 'inconvenient'. We were only in financing for 45 minutes, we did not 'nickel and dime' simply wanted the mistakes they made corrected prior to signing. I was spoken to extremely disrespectfully and left in tears. After an extremely horrible car accident I did not want to be buying a car, and I was hoping they would be the exception to the stereotype, but this process was far worse than I could have expected.

My hubby and I were looking to go into a sports car so we went to Mastria as we saw they had a golf RI for sale We test drove it and thought it was a pretty fun car and took it back to the dealer. Sales manager immediately said it was a $5000 extra charge on top of the MSRP. We said OK and walked out. We were not gonna pay $5000 over MSRP and the next day I got a call saying that they would do the sale for the MSRP. After more research, I thought that the Volkswagen Arteon would probably be the perfect car for us. I watched multiple YouTube reviews on this car and the most common review said that the car was very quiet. mastria Volkswagen had a 2023 Volkswagen certified model in stock. We took it for a test drive, and the car was exactly like most reviewers said amazing to drive, but the car was extremely noisy from the exhaust. I told the sales manager that the car obviously has exhaust problems. We even started up the other arteon on the lot and it was quiet. Yet the sales manager insisted the exhaust was normal and car was not modified. We leave and go right to brockton that has the same car with same mileage. It was super quiet. This is no joke......as i was signing sales papers on the car the sales manager at Mastria Volkswagon texted me saying they found a problem with the exhaust and wanted to know if I was still interested? The bALLS on the guy thinking i would trust them!!!!!!! Nope. I will continue to use the subaru dealer for service but I am now a happy silko VW customer

If you want to save your time and energy, go somewhere else. I was a 21-year old female walking into a dealership with absolutely no experience in car buying. I walked in on a Saturday, and stood there for 20 minutes, and still nobody came up to me so I asked to speak to someone about purchasing a car. That was my sign that I should have left. I now have a 2019 Atlas that has numerous issues, but magically it's a "certified pre-owned" but when we asked for the 161-point inspection report I didn't get one (because it doesn't exist). Derek, Mark and Peter were the manipulators throughout this process who have deteriorated me as an individual and all they care about is a paycheck at the end of the day. This car is nothing worth of what I paid, and I was looped into so many add-ons when I specifically told Mark I wanted nothing additional. Mark has ruined my credit score due to applying to 10 different banks for loans, when the correct about is 2 so that the finance department can get an idea of the situation. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company, and these people. They ripped my credit apart, ruined my financial history, and they couldn't care less.

I was absolutely blown away by Derek's service at Mastria. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and extremely understanding. He went above and beyond to help me get this car in a timely manner. I have dealt with a lot of car salesman in my lifetime and have bought a lot of cars and I can easily say Derek has been the best by far! I will definitely be referring my family and friends to him and Mastria. Everyone was so wonderful and the process was incredibly smooth!

My husband and I both really enjoyed our experience with Derek Welch at Mastria VW in Raynham. He was genuinely patient, kind, informative and not pushy at all. He actually made the car shopping experience enjoyable and although I didn't buy a car with him this time, when I am ready (which will be soon), I will absolutely return to work with him and their team. If you are looking for a car shopping or buying situation that isn't uncomfortable and doesn't feel pushy or rushed, this is the dealership for you - and ask for Derek.

Derek was our sales associate. He was a nice guy with good intention. No negotiating at all on the price. The sales manager gave me no information that I didn't know already and even had the nerve to tell me they check the timing belt during their inspection. That's 100% not true, that requires taking the front of the engine apart. Car had an aftermarket bumper with a paint color that didn't match the car. Basically said if I don't buy it someone will. In the end it worked out because I found another vehicle, same year with less miles and $4k less. I did appreciate Derek trying though and hope he has future success.

DON'T DO IT! Don't buy VW. We bought new 2018 GTI, 3 years ago VW now discontinuing all Car-Net features effective next month. No more safety and piece of mind with accident notification - VW shutting it off! Door unlock - VW shutting it off! Remote start - VW shutting it off! all alerts - VW shutting it off! No alternatives provided, none. Car still under mfg warranty, doesn't matter. Its like i bought a car in the 1990's - no technology, but paid 2018 prices. Diesel emissions lies for years, now this DO NOT TRUST VW

Worst dealership you could EVER Do business with. They are unprofessional and super Shady. Specifically John and Mark in financing. They sold me a 2019 Jetta SEL and put my old plates on the vehicle. I was ready to leave in the rental I came in. They told me leave the rental at the dealership and they would give me the title and registration next week. I left my rental there and took the car. I got pulled over two days later in New Hampshire for a misuse of plates. My plate didn't match the car it was registered to. I explained I bought the car a couple days ago and still got arrested. The dealer could've waited to register the car but they didn't

We noticed a mildew smell in our car at the beginning of summer. 2 trips to the service department and almost $2000 spent and the smell is still there. Took it to another VW dealership and the source was immediately found. Requested a refund from Mastria as the issue is covered under warranty. Request denied. Save yourself the time and go to literally any other dealership.

BUYERS BEWARE! The worst customer service experience from beginning to end. Sketchy sales tactics. I discovered quickly, once you have an issue with your purchased vehicle, you immediately have an issue with getting Mastria Volkswagen to address it for remedy. Not only will I never do business here I would not recommend to anyone looking for reliability, outstanding customer service, overall quality, or value for your dollar.

Went looking around for a car with no crazy intentions of buying right away. As a new nurse working crazy hours in all weather, I wanted something reliable that could withstand any weather. The Tiguan was the perfect size car I was looking for. Danny Cabral came right out to help us in the yard to answer all our questions. He was full of knowledge of Volkswagen as well as a variety of other car brands. He made us feel so comfortable with no pressure and was easy to talk to. We discussed the leasing options vs buying, and all the pros and cons. He knew all about the features of each, after discussion we decided to go through with it. As a first time vehicle buyer I was skeptical because I had never been through the process of buying a car. Danny was awesome. We proceeded to do paperwork with mark striggles the business manager and immediately felt rushed, as he kept talking about what he had to do for the next customer etc. I had agreed to 0% interest for 5 years, but mark stated if I added some warranties it would be 72 months at 1.9% interest but he would pay the interest for me, and I thought it was a good deal. I came home and started to review the warranties (which are great) with my family & friends, but I ultimately did not need them all for such a crazy price, which was kind of slid under the table at the time of agreeing. I went back the next day to pick my car up & told mark I would like to cancel some of them, not needing to explain myself why, he continuously told me I was making a big mistake. He tried to tell me I couldn't cancel them because they were part of the car but it clearly stated I was able to cancel them. Because I wanted to cancel the warranties he told me the contract was already signed but, I am now stuck with the 72 months at 1.9% interest, paying the interest instead of him paying it, despite originally agreeing to 5 years for 0%. Overall Danny made the process on his end easy and has continued to follow up to see how the car is but being a first time car buyer, you have to be careful with what they are sneaking into the contract and really pay attention to detail, despite what they are telling you, I wish we were given the time to review the paperwork when we were there rather than being rushed out, it would've made the process easier and less confusing.

I am very pleased with the service department at Mastria VW. I have been there twice now for oil changes. Very efficient and speedy service. Technicians always send a video explaining the service and the state of the car overall. Highly recommended.

Purchased my car in August 2017. Typically, my experience there is "OK". Called because I was having window issues. The woman I spoke with told me my issue will be covered under warranty which was 3 years and/or unlimited miles. Scheduled the appointment, then come in- they needed to reset the system apparently and charged me $75. At the time of appointment, I'm told I was provided false information and there's nothing they can do. "She must have been confused with the certified warranty and unfortunately you bought your car brand new" (please forgive me for that!) Problem 1) the person scheduling appointments is providing false information. And Mastria does not take ownership of their untrained staff! Also, problem 2) doing the work without discussing charges first? What if I didn't have that money to pay??? Then I'm told "$75 isn't bad- Mechanic work is $50/hr" Currently laid off. Had I known this would cost ANYTHING- I would have had my husband look at it first. But being told it's under warranty, why would I ? Be careful talking to these people! I will not be back! Update, 3 days later: my car is not even fixed!
