So I am an employee it Rt44 Toyota not that makes a difference but I fell in love with a trade in 2020 xse Camry white with the black roof and red leather and from the start to the signing of paperwork Terrance,Bobby,And Marlin all made it easy and hassle free.i started the deal with them on Friday and drive the car home Saturday…Not just because I work for them but we have a good sales dept that will work to put you in the driver seat of the Toyota you want..very satisfied

He stayed way after his work hours and I’m sure he sacrificed time with his family to make sure I got through the whole process that speaks a lot about a man’s character I wasn’t a quota to him I was a customer, he wasn’t trying to sell me a car he was helping me buy a car.!! I understand everyone's experience with buying a car can be different and well, complicated depending on the make of the car and the dealership's staff. I have to say that Route 44 in Raynham made the purchase of my 2013 Toyota Forerunner a breeze! I came in looking for something reliable and affordable. I knew Toyota's great reputation of both longevity of use and their great equity over time. Kyle Beshaw and Bobby Ryan made this an incredible car buying experience.
We all know car buying can be stressful and time consuming but I was in and out with a new (to me) vehicle with new plates, new inspection, and a great extended warranty in under 2 hours. I would highly recommend Rt 44 Toyota, as well as, Kyle and Bobby to help you move things along. No pressure sales and a great understanding of the financial times. If you need any type of vehicle and are looking for a great value and use of your time look no further! I will be a customer here for long time!

My daughter's tire blew out unexpectedly last night. I had to meet her and call AAA to have her vehicle towed. I towed it to Route 44 Toyota where I have our service done. My daughter's vehicle had never been there before. I did NOT have an appointment for service because this was unexpected. When I called this morning to explain what happened and why her vehicle was there missing a tire, I can honestly say I have never been treated nicer, kinder, and with total care for my situation than I was with Service Advisor Ashley Clark. She was made aware of the situation and what all my concerns were. She made sure she contacted me several times throughout the day to keep me informed of what the situation was. I was kept aware of what the mechanic recommended I do for my daughters vehicle and Ashley even applied coupons I was unaware of and reduced some of the costs where she could based on the situation. I couldn't be happier with my experience here today and Ashley is a credit to their wonderful Service Department and Dealership. I trust Route 44 Toyota and will continue to bring all my vehicles here (I have 4) for their services. Thank You Ashley as you are a credit to this dealership!

Went in to have the car looked at, and the service team never bothered to look at the vehicle. I originally bought my murano through Matt, who is now a manager in sales. Unfortunately, after the service team wasted my time. I will not be buying my new car or have my current one serviced by them again.

Recently bought a car from Toyota, I discovered a defected tire while inspecting the car 2 days later at home after the purchase to ensure no defect. Toyota 44 did and passed the car the state safety inspection even though the original tire will not be safe to be use on the road with such a big and deep crack. They tried to blame it on me, and offered to charge $150 as half price for the tire replacement. That's a classic big car dealership rip off to their customers. Very disappointed

A lil frustrated neither the worse I purchase the tire package and bumper to bumper warranty. Expressed to the person on the phone I needed my tire repaired was told the guy comes once a week so I booked my oil change the same day as I live 40 mins away. To find out he’s not here today.

My family and I have been leasing from Route 44 Toyota for over 11 years. They put us in our first Sienna when we had our second set of twins in 2013. With 4 kiddos under 2, the Sienna was the only option for us! Now our 2 sets of twins are 12 and 11 and we just purchased a certified pre-owned hybrid Sienna after years of leasing cars. They treat us like family after all of our years there and made the buying process comfortable and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership as they take a very personal approach and care about their customers. Shout out to Matthew who I worked with on this latest purchase! Keep up the great work!

I spoke to Elie. I was very upfront. He helped me get the vehicle i wanted, and there was no fuss. He gave me the best sales experience ever from any dealership I have ever had.

BUYER BEWARE My wife expressed an interest in a new Toyota Highlander after hearing good things from her sister who also has one. I reached out to Route 44 Toyota and the following day my wife and I met with a sales consultant. The vehicle in question was not on the lot. Was told it was in production. Toyota Highlander Platinum edition. Blueprint exterior, Black leather interior. We test drove a 2021 Highlander to get an idea as to how it performed. My wife was happy with the ride. We left the dealership. Yesterday I drove my wife's car down to the dealership after speaking with Matt Fiorino the Internet sales rep. He gave me what I felt was a fair trade in value for our vehicle. He then put together a deal that I was happy with. He told me that I could put down A REFUNDABLE $500 DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE CAR. I was in agreement. He explained that if the color scheme wasn't what we wanted and that after a test drive on the new one wasn't to our liking, we would have the deposit refunded. He handed us off to a sales consultant Jeff who drew up the agreement. Jeff was very professional. When he went in to run my credit card for the deposit, he and another individual Edgar Morales approached me and told me that he could not approve the deal. Edgar proceeded to explain that the vehicle in question was a high demand vehicle. If I wanted to put a deposit to secure the vehicle that it would have to be a nonrefundable deposit. Another rep Terrance Gandy came over and reiterated what Edgar told me. What changed? I had an agreement with Matt. Edgar told me that Matt didn't run the deal by him. I said if the car shows up and my wife is not happy with the color or the test drive that they keep the deposit. YES, Edgar told me. A car that is not physically there, they changed the rules. They wasted my time. It was embarrassing. Matt told me one thing, then Edgar tells me something else. I realize that the Highlander is a sought-after vehicle. If we didn't decide to buy it someone else would. An e-mail to General Manager Tim Bruno to discuss my experience went unanswered. Won't be doing business with that dealership.

I highly recommend going to see Roger Allen if you’re looking for a new or used car. Roger went above and beyond. I was uncertain about what I wanted at first and Roger was helpful without any pressure. Once I decided what car I wanted, he went to another Toyota dealership on his day off to get me the car in the color I wanted. When I picked up my new car he took the time to explain in detail how to use all of the features.

One star is too much. Negative stars would be if thats even possible.. Two new vehicles with problems every few months. Salesmen told me to come in and sign for deposit and they snuck in a markup price. Admitted they were wrong but still stuck to it. Always save your messages with these people so you can prove they are liars. They don't like being called out, especially in a showroom full of customers. Fragile and weak minded salesmen can't take any heat.
If you see someone dressed up as a lemon outside of this place give me a honk. I could write a book on how bad this place operates. I cant wait to see what their reply is.
Update July 2024 still waiting on a 2nd key after almost 2 years. These guys were slow in getting it to me, never told me it had to be programmed when I came to pick it up, and I'm still missing the actual key, they only provided the fob.
