My wife and I visited this dealership today hoping to buy a car after some frustrating experiences at other dealerships, and we're happy to say we got it done. Mark Pereira met us at our car when we arrived, unlike most dealers who haven't noticed us when we've stood awkwardly in their foyer. Mark got two pre-owned Tucson hybrids for us to test drive. We drove both, settled on one, and Mark got us to a deal quickly, without any hassle. They even matched another dealer's price to buy my old Accord. We're grateful to finally find a dealer who took good care of us, and we're happy with our purchase.

Went in for service. No hard questions. Easy breezy. Connor got my dad's Tucson motor all approved and fast. Still running good. Everyone told us no and longer time frame. Not here. See Connor if ever need anything

Money hungry and garbage car dealership. I can guarantee that these people do not care about you or your needs. They only want to take advantage of you in any way they can, and offer ridiculous platitudes to your complaints. I would never purchase anything from them again, they uphold the bad dealership reputation that Hyundai has had for decades now.

The salesman Mark helped us get a great deal on a Hyundai Elantra! We had a very specific budget and he worked with us and got over $100 off of our monthly payment, I will be coming back next time I need a car

What a great experience purchasing a car from this dealership. Route 44 Hyundai salesman Patrick Michel was awesome, no pressure, great communication and was the real reason I didn’t buy another GMC. I’ve owed GMC SUV’s since 1996. We got a good deal and a great vehicle. We love it. I would recommend this dealership for your next purchase. General manager even came out and chatted with us about rock concerts. I was wearing a Metallica shirt.

Yesterday, I became the proud owner of this beautiful Hyundai Palisade limited. I was coming out of a 2004 and as you can imagine I was star struck with all the bells & whistles. She's fully loaded, low miles and absolutely beautiful.
I delt with a nice young man by the name of Elie Pierre. He was amazing. He was very attentive and listened to all the things I was hoping for. I got 4 out of 5 features I wanted the most. Angelo took great care of me and helped find the perfect car for me! Outstanding service, made me feel at home as well as providing me with exceptional help. Easy to interact with and made the choice that much easier ! Chris also was very understanding and determined to help the customer. I bought my first car here about a week ago. The process was difficult since I go to school and reside out of the state but with the help of Mikey I was able to get my car registered and driven to me. Mikey and Calvin were well informed of all the cars and which one would be best for me. They took into account our budget and helped get me a car in that budget. Edgar in finances explained everything and helped get us the best deal as well. Mikey was a great salesman and I highly recommend Hyundai route 44!

Absolute worst company to deal with. Stay away at all cost. The dealership has had my vehicle for over 2 months. They were authorized to replace engine by Hyundai Motor Corp which would they had previously replaced in September of 2021. If having to replace the complete engine 2 times in 3 years isn't bad enough they have continuously given me misleading and outright false information on when my vehicle will be done. In particular Kaitlin Casely who is supposed to be a "service advisor" has been a awful to deal with. From condensing remarks, to not returning messages, to outright lying I have never seen anything like this. Luckily she is dumb enough to send these messages via text so she cannot now deny making them. She stated on July 26 that all the parts needed for the repair were in and that there were 7 engine replacements ahead of mine so my vehicle should be completed by August 2. Fast forward to Aug 9 and she left a message stating there were now 15 engines ahead of mine. When I called her out on her blatant lie she became defensive and even more difficult. Beware of a dealership who has this person as the customer representative. Beyond pitiful.
