From the first phone call to the moment I picked up the car. Was such a smooth process. I was able to get approved and get a car that I liked. Marc explained the whole process right up from, didn’t even bother to beat around the bush to make a sale. Was straightforward, honest and most of all listened to my situation. Was able to get things repaired on the car before I even took it home. I would have to say, I am very satisfied with the process when I have been turned down so many times at so many places. Thank you again.

I’ve never worked with this company personally I was interested though so I filled out the form on the website. I’m not doubting that it’s a great company especially after reading the reviews but the amount of phone calls to my cell and work phone is a bit much. Still haven't been able to personally speak to someone at the number that’s constantly calling.

First of all he doesn’t even deserve 1 star. He sells cars that aren’t gone through before he sells them. At first he comes off so nice and caring so you think wow what a great guy. However you need something fixed and it becomes a whole different side of him. He sold me a car that failed inspection and a radio that keeps cutting in and out. He sold me a car with a broken taillight. When I told him it failed he said he would order me a new light however I would have to drop it off for about 3 hours because the bumper had to be removed to fix it. I looked it up and that was not the case so I fixed it myself. Yep I owe him 300 dollars but I spent $436 dollars on a new timing belt and tensioner. So I feel I don’t owe him anything. The car he sold me isn’t even worth a quarter of what he sold it for. The warranty company that he says the lending company expects you to take is also no good. Trying to get a new steering rack paid for and having trouble even though it states in the contract it’s covered. I’ve only had the vehicle since the end of February and keep having issues. In my opinion he should not be in business. He’s not honest with the lender. Buyer beware!!!! Don’t fall for the phony Mark really is. Biggest mistake going there he took advantage of me when I was in a bad spot.
Just an update he said for me to contact him to so he could see what he could do to help. I reached out and got no response. He wants to seem caring but he’s not. Avoid this place.
Wow you are such a liar!!!! About everything you’re a liar!!!! And $800 dollars where did you come up wi the that.. whatever Mark I did make a payment so I you owed 300 and it cost me more to have the tensioner, pulley, and belt fixed.… and anyone can look up how to change tailight and see you do not have to take off the bumper as I changed the light in less than 5 minutes… you are showing your true colors!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
Well he just showed you all his true colors with the things he just said. Not the way you run a business.

I went to the dealership to look the options available, and left a voice message. Within 24 hours I received a call back from Michael, and test drove a vehicle same day. The vehicle had a minor pipe repair, and that was repaired within three days. Went back to the dealership and purchased vehicle same week. The overall experience was enjoyable, and consistent communication from Michael and Mark was what made this experiment 5 stars. Car shopping has always caused me great anxiety, but never once did I experience anxiety during this purchase. A big Thank You to Michael and Mark, words don’t express how grateful I am. 138 Motor Car Company did such an amazing job on getting me approved and in a car when no other dealership could - or even willing to help - Mark and Robert are so incredibly personable and attentive when it comes to their customers and I will always come back for my vehicles and refer all I know to them! GREAT place, and very friendly service.
The whole process was very easy and within a few hours i was driving my fabulous new 2017 Jeep Cherokee.
Mike was easy to work with and very friendly.
Mark helped solidify my very affordable deal, and Robert made sure my vehicle was safe and clean.
PS Mikes service dog Phenix was my favorite part.

I do not recommend this place.money hungry scammers. Very unprofessional. They don’t call back. They don’t answer the phone. when they doThey just give you the runaround . Waste of time. The cars look nice but that’s about it. Save money and stress and just go to Carmax

Horrible place, just read the reviews prior to this one.
They get you through the door and the down payment goes up, then when you change your mind about the car they won't give you your money back.SCAM AUTO SALES
