Made appointment via online service yesterday and arrived at 11:00 AM for me mani/pedi with Jenny
The shop was clean and seemed like a friendly atmosphere all around
Jenny was extremely professional and did a fantastic job
Highly recommend to all .

Their prices are no where to be found at the salon.They charged me $20 for a polish change. 1 mile down the road it’s $12.I questioned it and he said that’s what it is. I got regular polish. Lesson learned. Beware! Ask the price before your service. I will not be returning to this salon which is unfortunate because the girl did a nice job.

The nice lady did a wonderful job on my nails. They followed all safety precautions. I have a new nail salon! Still a very nice place to get your nails done.

I just moved to the area and thought I found the best place only to find out the nail tech was no longer there. But I stayed and decided to try another tech, witch I thought I love but went one time with my child and the tech Kelley was very rude. Every time I tried to attend to my daughter to calm her down she would pull my hand, then yelled at my daughter to stop touching me as she would mess up my nails. My daughter was pulling at my arm to help her get back on the chair, instead of the tech telling me it was ok and stop I had to pull my hand back and she gave me an attitude the whole time. I went back but saw a different tech but the next day my nails was chipping. I'm so upset as a mother of 3 even tho it was over priced I stayed wit them as it was convenient. But then today my niece goes to her (Kelly) and was yelled at for taking more lotion and was told no that she couldn't get a nail design as she was already almost done painting the nail! It's so unfortunate. They are only nice to greet you but the whole salon is silent, the tech's don't carry conversation wit their customers!

First visit before COVID staff was very nice and to my surprise my gift card was from previous owners but then Kim didn't embarrass me. Fast forward to now she has the best professional people and when I just had a problem with my nails she had the tech fix it. Not so much but when I went back the next tech Nina was absolutely fabulous and spent so much time with making me feel better and did a great job. Thank you Bella nails and spa. ?Services: Pedicure

I would say I loved this place if isn’t wasn’t for the staffs attitudes. They were really rude to me. They yelled at me and got mad over getting a simple design. My nails are cute but hurt to get. Don’t want to be mean but this place is extremely unprofessional.

Sent my mother in law who is from out of state to do her nails nail here. My mother in law came back home and could not stop saying how rude and disrespectful the workers were. Nail results were not that great either.

My nail tech was KerryMy experience was horrible I wanted a gel refill I had 1 broke nail which was tender. I made her aware before she started and still she was extremely ruff and rolled her eyes when I pulled my hand back because of how soar my hand was.Never asked if I liked my nails was not professional at all.

I didn’t really have the best experience at this salon. I felt persuaded to do the dip when I had requested other services. 4 days later the top coat is coming off and looks like I did it a month ago. I don’t like how the nail tech kept insisting for me to change my service.Service: Dip powder

Horrible service! Extremely disrespectful. I went with my child and the ‘owner’ literally kick us out because we was for a correction on our nails. They also reuse the tow separators. Do not go here!Services: Pedicure

Went to Bella's for the 1st time today & was VERY pleased!!!! Kelly did an amazing job on my pedicure; honestly the best I've ever had. Kim did a phenomenal job on my nails. I think I've found my new go to place & look forward to my next experience w/ them!!!!
