It's the worst, I took a loan and when they sold me they offered and “guaranteed” all the facilities and now no one is responsible for anything, even down to the oil change that I wasn't supposed to pay for, I have had to pay for it. It is the worst service I have experienced as a car DELER. The sellers offer you and deceive you, blistered by the management to get you to do business and then they are not even there.
Salespeople or managers. I repeat it is the worst

I understand that car sales is based on sales and commission, but the management here is very high pressure and wanting a commitment to buy the same day. I've worked at dealerships in the past as a service writer and neither of them were like this would not recommend the sales dept side of it not sure how service is.
Side note the car I was looking at needed brakes and the tires were questionable, sales manager said the service department would look at them but that the car was already saftey inspected, I've driven and fixed many cars and those brakes were either very rusted from sitting for 107 days on the lot or, the car came in like that and it was never fixed because they are quite expensive to replace.

I bought a truck about a week ago. This is my third vehicle with this dealership. I met Ivan he was nothing but a class act! No pressure just let me do what I had to do. The worst part about buying a car is the back-and-forth and the financing. I understand I’m trying to save money and you’re trying to make money. That part of the experience could’ve gone a little better.

very cordial employees who worked to make the deal happen. the sales man Tony was very responsive to my questions and issues i was having with the 2021 equinox. he spent the time showing me all the features and did not brush me off. i would definately sent folks his way if they are looking for a car. the finance dept was extrememly helpful andf explained everthing as we went thru all the paperwork.

Buying my first truck was super easy after meeting with Josh at McGee. I let him know what my perfect truck would be and he did the rest. He kept in touch with me until the perfect truck arrived, a black 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LT. After taking a long test drive, I was ready to buy. I made Josh work hard for this sale and he was up to the task. From test drive to keys in hand was less than 3 hours. I am so grateful for Josh and everything he did to make my dream come true. If ever in the market for a new ride, ask for Josh, you won't be disappointed.
