I went in to look at a couple of used tiguans and was shown the vehicles and walked through them very thoroughly by Derek. Really good experience here. I’ve purchased all of my VWs from here.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had! I’ve bought a lot of cars and have dealt with a lot of terribly organized processes and pushy sales reps. This was the opposite of that! I worked with Greg in sales, who was extremely considerate of all of these things that I really wanted in a vehicle and kept my best interest in mind when it came to the specifics and budget concerns. He was extremely friendly and professional. Then I worked with Mark in finance to finish up the paperwork and he was equally as pleasant. I actually had a really great time with both gentlemen during the time I was at the dealership. I had fun chatting & laughing. Never felt pressured. Overall a really amazing experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Incredibly impressed with this dealership. Derek was not only transparent and thorough in explaining the breakdown of not only the sale price, but all the warranty coverages and details beyond that—ensuring that not only were we getting the best value for our money, but also that we’re happy with our purchase and will likely come back whenever we have to get another vehicle.
Also, he’s got a good sense of humor. Very important to have a friendly atmosphere, and he absolutely nailed it.

Derek Welch worked with us PHENOMENALLY, to help us secure the vehicle we had our eyes on. Not only was he completely honest and transparent, he was knowledgeable, bubbly, and helpful with all of our inquiries, even if we were a last minute walk in. None of the process felt rushed, everything was professional and we would 100% recommend not just coming back to Mastria in Raynham—but send people directly to Derek!!

Highly impressed with Product Specialist. Tested a 2020 Mercedes E350 and wasn't crazy about it. Luis noticed that the car was in EcoMode when I initially tested it and followed up. 2nd time was the charm as the car was terrific on the second drive. He's a good guy, conscientious, personable, and thorough. Recommended.
