I towed my 2013 Nissan Altima to this location for the recall that Nissan issued on control arms. As Nissan was fixing the issue they noticed the rear coils were broken. They called and said it would be $487 to fix. ~300 for the parts, which on their website the parts were listed for $95 each. I called them out and they brought the price down to what I had told them was correct. This should have just been done the first time. However they charged an entire hour of labor ($178/hr), for doing this. Taking the coil out and putting it back is something that needs to be done when replacing the control arm anyways. There is zero extra work that needs to be done to replace the coil. When I called them out on this, they made up reasons as to why it needed to take an hour to fix. They are already being paid on the labor for the recall, so they were double dipping and taking advantage of me. They still charged me the full hour of labor and when asked about what they actually did to replace this, they said the mechanic needed to go to the parts section to get the new part. Which I’d imagine is a 30 second walk at most to go get a new part and come back. I will never buy a Nissan, neither will my wife or kids and I will remember this experience forever. Something that took all of 30 seconds and they charged me an entire hour of labor, especially when it was only there for a recall on the parts that were originally bad. I ended up paying $424, don’t buy a Nissan unless you want your car in the shop frequently. I fully expect Nissan to make this right and reimburse me for the “labor” they charged me for. At every point in this experience, (from originally over charging for the parts, to the labor that wasn’t any extra labor) Helder the manager was taking advantage of my situation.

Went in to have a tire fixed told him if it had to be new to put it on if not maybe they could put on a patch. The person who helped me was very courteous, did all he could to get it done quickly, and didn't go with the most expensive thing went with what had to be done which was the patch. They do a great job never have any complaints when I go there
