What a great team of people from Nicole the internet director to Jerry Chan in Finance. I want to give a shout out to Isaiah and Daniel as well. They were the best salesmen I ever worked with. They did not rush or push me into anything. They were patient with me and wanted to make sure my purchase was pleasurable, affordable, and something that i liked. Everyone was kind, respectful, knowledgeable

In April I took my car to Mastria GMC to have a 15 hour recall fixed on My 2023 GMC Acadia before heading on vacation. It was very inconvenient for me in the first place to have to leave my car there for 2 days. I live on Martha's Vineyard Island so I had to take my car on the steamship authority($) , then travel to Raynham, drop off my car, get a ride to the boat($) and then do the same when I picked it up ($). The service staff member I dealt with was very friendly. I asked for a ride but they are not able to do that. Long story short, when we headed on vacation to South Carolina with our two children, (one with a disability). we broke down on the highway due to Mastria service department putting my car back together the wrong way. The breaks were put in upside down, which caused a breakage and break fluid leaked all over the tire. The dealer who put my car back together said we were lucky we pulled over when we did or we would have lost our breaks. I am extremely disappointed in the service department at Mastria. The manager took forever to return calls and no one else could make decisions to help us. We have to pay out of pocket for the repair. I would not recommend bringing my car to Mastria if you need a recall done on your car. Our vacation was ruined. I was on the phone worried about my car most of the time. We had to rent a car and delay our vacation to stay in a different state and hotel.

Oil and tire service. They stated car was with every service. They didn't do it. Said an hpur and took 1hr 20min. Not too bad for timing.

Always a good time. Service prices are fair and staff is knowledgeable. Does matter if it's been 6 weeks or 6 months from the salesmen to the service techs to the receptionist everyone always remembers every customer.

Don’t ever interact with Josh from Sales. He’s incredibly rude. You’d think he’d be kind and professional when helping a customer, but apparently he can’t help but make catty remarks before transferring you to someone more knowledgeable (or just willing to be accommodating). Everyone else from Mastria has always been nice, helpful, and respectful—not Josh though. Very disappointed.

Ashley Boucher was absolutely amazing- she made this experience easy,and enjoyable- she answered all our questions and was very personable and made us feel ver comfortable! When we buy a car again I will be personally requesting her!! She is amazing and we are honored to have worked with her.
