I have been coming to Luxury nails for quite a while now
I came to this location as it was convenient for me to come on my lunch hour
I no longer work in the area but I now drive 30 to 40 minutes as I think they are wonderful.
Everyone working here is pleasant and welcoming Their prices are definitely reasonable.
It’s nice to go into a nail salon where all the employees say hello.
I for sure will continue to come here and will recommend Luxury Nails to others
Cleanliness: This location is very clean Instruments used are always clean. Honesty I have never seen anything messy or dirty

My first time here and i would not recommend i never write reviews and i have been getting my nails done for awhile i ended up paying 70$ for a full set which is insane. The design was not what i showed her, no effort. I ended up going back for a color change and a week later nails broke, nail color chipped. The nails ended up taking off half of my real nail most painful thing ever. I never write reviews, but 70$(full set) & 150$ later i was not happy.

The staff here is very caring and kind. I have been going here for years for my manicures (dipping powder) and pedicures and have always had amazing service. They do a great job and my nails last well over 2 weeks without chipping or breaking. They are always on time with your appointment and very professional.

Nice staff but 2 of my dip nails are broken 2 days later. At my usual place a dip manicure lasts 2+ weeks.

I don't see why this place is low rated. I got a pedicure, and it was great. Vibe at this place is amazing! Go here!

Cindy is my GURL. She always does beautiful work! This is a dip and gel set with some fancy magnet work I didn't understand. The pics do not do it justice, excuse that this is grown out. It still looks flawless going on a month!!Service: Dip powder

Glad I didn't pay the reviews any mind. Went in for a french manicure dip, from Cindy, and they turned out fabulous. I haven't gotten my nails done in years because I'm a chef, and I'd always end up breaking them, chipping them, or melting them in a few days time, but Cindy was right, the dip lasts much longer, they're very strong, and they still look great a full week later. Thank you guys. ?Photos are right after, and one week later.Service: Dip powder

I feel terrible doing this and I didn't have the heart to say anything at the time but I don't think I'd be recommending Cindy as the nail tech to book with unless you really only need the bare minimum or basic polish and don't care about the shape of your nails.
My 1st time there -I booked online same day and just took the first available (with Cindy) and I had an example picture of what I believed to be a simple variation of a French manicure on short acrylic nails. She said she could do it and right away she showed me and she really couldn't do it. This was upsetting considering how simple it was but I said it was fine and we could just do a basic French manicure but I requested to do a thinner tip since my nails were short.
They were OK, but it just seemed like both requests were simple and I just didn't get it. What's worse is that my nails were crooked and so was the white tip. $62 for poor work is just so upsetting. I don't think this price is justified by the quality of the work at all.
Also very odd that their card processor "only takes real credit cards" and not bank cards. Debit cards from the bank that have the visa and Mastercard logo on it are able to be processed as a credit card. It's not the same as an old school ATM card that is only for withdrawing from ATMs so I'm thinking this is just a way for them to get people to go next door to use an ATM and pay them in cash to save on the card processing fees. I'm sure other nail techs are great there- they have a pretty high Google rating but I'm just recommending against it, or maybe trying someone else.
