I’m completely dissatisfied with Lowe’s. We purchased a washer machine and the unit broke five days later. This was not an outlet item, it was brand new, delivered and taken out of the box. Five days in and the machine failed, not even a dozen loads of laundry completed. We wanted an exchange on the washing machine, as I don’t feel that I should have to have it repaired being only five days old. Yet they want you to start a return within 48 hours of purchase ( how was I to know their product would fail ) if it was a few months in and this happened I would understand having a repairman come out. I wanted an exchange, now I want my $ back. I’m completely appalled at how this business is giving us the runaround and are completely reluctant to work with us. I know that I will never do business with Lowe’s again.

I will never purchase ANY of my appliances from lowes again. I bought a dishwasher, made an appointment with my plumber to install it and when they came and hooked it up, it gushed out water. tried to return to the store and because it had been 7 days, they told me they would not accept it. we just finished building a home and spent tens of thousands of dollars at the store. but they will NEVER get my business again.

I used to like HD better but the service deteriorated. It's not much better here, but if you know what you're doing they have what you need for a decent price. Their website lets you know if an item is in stock and where to locate it in the store.

Delivery was made without all the parts. Delivery guys took off without saying anything and never completed the installation.

Last week alone I spent $700 here. Went to replace two Craftsman tools. One said they had eight but they were stolen. I was willing to pay the upcharge as mine was $8 in the new one was $22. The manager did not come over, Matt did and refused to cover tool even tho I would pay difference. I guess HD will get my cash over a 8$ transaction. Sad

An afterwork stroll through the Raynham store led me to the appliance department to search, once again, for a new refrigerator. I asked a younger man in a Lowe's apron for someone to help me. "I can help," he said. Of course I was thinking, "he won't know what I am looking for." I could not have been more incorrect! Not only did he know, he walked me to every counter-depth refrigerator in the area and explained the features. He then priced out the ones I liked, showed me the matching ranges and gave me all the pricing information, sale information and warranty and delivery information as well. And all with a smile and a brilliant attitude! Thank you to the management of this store for hiring such wonderful help. His name is Chris (last name withheld) and he is quite an asset to your business. My new appliances will be delivered this week and I thank Chris for finding the perfect ones to fit my needs and my style. Please reward him with some kind of bonus!

Went into this Lowe's yesterday 11/15 took me forever to find somebody in the building to get me help and when I finally did took them forever to try and find someone to cut blinds for me and couldn't out of the entire store not one person knew how to cut blinds which I find ridiculous! Only reason why I give two stars is because they had what I needed in stock.

Customer service is 10 out of 10.We were greeted and asked if they could help in every section of the store (5 times). I love that Lowe's honors Veterans with an identified parking section and a store discount. I recommend this location.

Got cabinets they're all mostly damage on the doors. Set me another one of the same exact problem. Will not be purchasing anything from Lowe's again?

Horrible customer service, ordered a refrigerator that arrived Sunday. The day before labor day. On Tuesday wen I unwrapped refrigerator to put handles on I noticed it was dented. The rude lady I spoke to gave me the delivery team number to wich referred me to the lowes protection team. What a joke that was. They called the store to " get someone to help me " to wich they tell me if I don't have a lowew card they can't replace it out of 48hours? Place is a joke
