Sunday... Summer. Good weather. Busy day at a home improvement place, right? Lots of employees working ready to help you right?
I did not see "lots of employees".
Went to check out. NO HUMAN CASHIERS.
The price of the product INCLUDES LABOR of employees... Minimal employees, NO HUMAN CASHIERS... more profit for Lowes Home Depot, etc.
And there was a time they hired people knowledgeable in their respective departments... NO MORE... Cost too much...
Very frustrating and disappointing...

I recently ran into a problem adapting some metal water lines to a hose adapter after three trips to home Depot an to no avail I called Lowe's in raynham they put me thru to plumbing were I spoke to a gentleman named Bill (not only did he speak English he also understood it ) he told me what I needed an said if I came down he would be there to show me an run me thru it took one trip great to have someone in the trade working in the department bill is a true asset to raynhams Lowe's

Have had many great experiences at this this Lowes and unfortunately that may be coming to am end.
The sales associates and everyone I have ever dealt with have always been pleasant and extremely helpful.
Unfortunately the Mngr Phyllis should not be in the position she is in. I ran into a situation and made a big expensive purchase and was told some information where I could gave saved more money on the purchase, which was extremely helpful from the sales associate who went out of his way to give me this additional information.
I had to speak to the Store Manager who I was advised was Phyllis, she seemed to not have any reason to want to help me with my situation and even more unprofessional was the fact she just kept relaying the information to another rep to advise me when no matter what the situation, she would be the one who would need to approve the transaction etc.
I was never able to communicate with her and sadly she never gave me the opportunity to try and explain my concern of the purchase I had just made and due to this unprofessionalism and not caring I will no longer be shopping at this establishment and would advise anyone if you run into any issues and need to deal with Management to head to another Lowes as the Mngr Phyllis could care less about anyone's concerns or questions that she is paid to make as of the position she is in.
As mentioned maybe she shouldn't be in the position of Manger of any store if she is not willing or cares about helping any customers, which is the most important priority of being Management.

Someone working at Home Depot told us to go to Lowes for what we needed!
