By far the best doggy daycare around. My pup has been to other doggy daycares & would walk backwards trying to avoid going. Now at Jillian’s pooch paradise he runs straight for the door & doesn’t look back at me even for a goodbye ? I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff are always SO KIND & pleasant. My pup comes home exhausted after a long day of play. His tail wags as soon as we pull in the parking lot. I really feel comfortable bringing my pup Pluto here. I feel like the staff really care for the animals. Hands down the best daycare & boarding around.

Our 2 labs have been “vacationing” at Jillian’s Pooch Paradise for years and years, multiple times throughout the summer especially. We can’t say enough good things about Scott, Jillian, Maya and all of the staff there. Our girls were always so well cared for and loved. This summer we had 3 different trips where they stayed with wonderful experiences each time as always. We are so grateful for all the care and compassion our now “old ladies” received from Jillian’s all these years! Thanks for always treating our pups as one of your own!

Jillian's has been a Godsend for our boxer. Our previous dog was great with kids but we realized we didn't have her around dogs enough later in life. We swore we would find a daycare for our new pup to continue to integrate him with other dogs. We shopped around to find one that we (and he) liked. Jillian's was it! He is our big baby and I feel completely at ease dropping him off, whether it'd be a half day or full day. The staff get as excited to see him as he does; when we say "You want to go to Jillian's?" he waits by the front door. That spoke volumes for us. As soon as we pull in he is sooo excited to get in there - we know he truly loves it, it is a safe place, they have been super flexible between half days, full days, etc. I love when they give me updates of who he hung with or which buddy he played with the most. Jillian's has been a perfect match for our daycare needs with our big baby, Snoop!

For the past 7 years, I have been bringing Peppah here to socialize with other dogs and have sleepovers no matter how long my commute is. Along with Peppah her brother, Corgs has also been enjoying his break from his human parents at Jillian’s Pooch Paradise. Jill and Scott have always been great with my fur babies, even when the fur babies may be a little rough around the edges meeting new humans. Thank you and your staff for another great visit leaving both pups tired out. A sleepy pup is a happy pup!

We are very happy with the care given to our two year old bernedoodle. The attendance is managed to ensure there are not an excessive dog to attendant ratio. The staff take care of our dog like she is their own.

I have been doing business with Jillian's Pooch Paradise for approximately 8 years. My newest puppy Maddox is a regular at Jillian's. He thinks he is special and all staff treat him like a King. Maddox has been boarded as well as enjoying doggie daycare regularly. The owners Scott and Jillian are great as well as their outstanding staff. It is very clean with sectioned areas for different sized dogs inside and outside for socializing. They have state of the art kennels as well as a few areas for dogs who do not like to be confined. Maddox cries with excitement getting close to drip off and loves playing with his doggie friends. It is the best place around. When I chose Jillian's back many years ago i liked the routine and set up but particularly lived the fact that with boarding there is overnight staff that many kennels do not offer. I am at ease knowing that Maddox is well taken care of. He even manages to get some quick cuddle times with their wonderful, friendly staff. We love it here!

Excellent service, pricing and people. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong. They've handled my dogs for about 2 years now and I've never had or heard anything but positives. If they can get my terrier to socialize they can do anything.

We are so happy to enroll our 3rd pup at Jillian’s Pooch Paradise! We have peace of mind knowing that while we’re at work, our pups are safe, happy and having fun! All of the staff are friendly and helpful, making pick up and drop off a breeze. Jillian’s has multiple indoor and outdoor play areas so that dogs are grouped by play level and size. We’ve been faithful customers for about 4 years and couldn’t be happier with the service they provide!

Stopped in last Saturday because I saw their great reviews and was right up the street from my house and a nice lady came out and gave us a budget information and booked one of my three dogs for a bath and brush on Monday. While we were talking she said one of the groomers pulled in and she will have her come over and talk to us this is where I got a little odd she talked to the groomer and she had no interest in coming over to the car and talking to us and then proceeded to go inside the building. The nice lady came back over and said she just wanted to grab her dog and go so we’re all set for Monday. I got a call on Sunday by a Scott who said they have to cancel the appointment because the owner does not want to take on any new clients at this time. The nice lady that booked the appointment originally said the owner was out on maternity who is the master groomer but they still do simple grooms like bathing and brushes which that is all my dog is required. Had I known they would not be able to perform the services they said they could I would have booked my dogs out another groomer but instead now had to wait a few more days to get my dogs into another grooming salon. They don’t really seem like they are organised over there and I will not be returning. It’s a shame because I have three dogs that I was looking to have a place that did boarding and grooming which is what they do. Scott seemed annoyed that he had to call and cancel my appointment and didn’t offer any real sympathy.

I don't take my boy in regularly but they always take him when I need them to and they remember his name every time, regardless of how long or has been. He always comes back tired which is great for all involved.

I would not recommend this place for older dogs. We called a week ahead of time to make a reservation to board our dog here. I emailed all my dogs information, health records, vaccine record etc, to *****. He said we would need to bring her in for a trial visit the following Friday. I told him we needed to know if he would take the dog as I had to confirm hotel reservations for our trip. We talked about the dog had boarded several times in the past at other places and always did well. He said we should be all set then. Well Friday morning comes, myself and and my husband bring the dog in. ***** comes out to the car and says the dog seems like a sweetheart but because she was older he would not take her. This really put us in a predicament as we already had hotel reservations and confirmed trip plans. We needed to cancel our trip and lost money on hotel reservations . I would beware of bringing your dog here. Also it sounds like they just let the dogs roam around, no private kennels for the dogs.
