I would give zero stars if I could. The woman is RUDE and Nate was horrible. I don’t think there is enough space to write down all the negative comments my wife and I have other than DONT GO HERE! The minute we mentioned we used to come here under Wendys management the attitude changed and the entire process sped up to get rid of us. When asked if they knew Wendy the response was “no and if you have their number call them.” I’m not sure what their problem is you would think they’d want dedicated clients to keep coming but apparently not. There are several nail salons to choose from so I’ll be going elsewhere.

I have been here twice now since under new management and it is by far the best pedicure I ever had. Both times I got the happy spa pedicure with Neil and it was amazing. By far the best pedicure massage in my life (and I am in my sixties) so I have had many. It is very clean and equipment sterile. They are very nice and include a chair message which is also amazing. I highly recommend Happy Nails in Raynham. You are missing out by not going here.

Claire is amazing. I love seeing her !! the guy Nate that did mine today, on my birthday. Has my nails crooked. None of them are the same size cut four of my fingers open. gave him money to pay and never brought back change. Just assumed he got a tip, even though he had nothing but an attitude, when I corrected him on the crookedness and shape& if you’re gonna charge me for a shape, I expect to get it without getting cut open on multiple fingers

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Happy Nails & Skin in Raynham. I bought my mother a gift certificate from them for
Mother's day this year(2024). My mother was a expecting to use it for a pedicure. To her shock, they refused to accept the gift certificate, claiming it was invalid because they had changed ownership even when the name stayed the same. When she tried to explain that I had bought it from their salon for Mother's Day, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. They made no effort to resolve the issue or offer any form of compensation. The whole ordeal left her feeling humiliated and frustrated. She said "she will definitely not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone."

The rudest staff and worst pedicure I ever got. I spent $50 for a gift card and the rude staff would not honor the gift card since “they are a new business” yet it’s the same name. Late to start even with an appointment. Barely spent any time on the pedicure. I could’ve done it better at home. Disrespectful staff. I’ve never been so disrespected at a business before. I’m disgusted with how they treat customers.

Jill ,First of all, I'm sorry that Mindy's store didn't tell you to use the gift cards as soon as possible,Secondly, you had a very bad attitude when you made the appointment. I said early, but you said no, you had something to do. Finally, it was adjusted to 11 o 'clock. When you came, I explained to you that I was really sorry for a customer who was 20 minutes late due to traffic jam, so I asked you to wait for 15 minutes.You said understand.Then choose 31 basic cleansing pedicure (about 25 minutes) and give you a free shoulder massage. You take out the two 50 gift cards you bought in December last year!and I will explain to you that we can use half of them each time and the rest next time, because we have not received the money, and those who received the money did not cash or inform you. We couldn't get in touch with the last one, either, but here you are We will certainly let you come for nothing, we charge half, also hope you understand, now the minimum wage of employees are 15 an hour, you can not give tips, at least let my employees do not do for nothing. The rest will be used next time, and then you said it was not yours business.you don't care and made a scene in the store, affecting other customers, and gave me bad reviews, (and then you gave many bad reviews by yourself) I felt more helpless than ever, I know I can't make everyone like me, but this deep malice, really hurt me and my staff. If one day I give up, it is really the reason why you reverse right and wrong

I tried this place today as I've been unhappy with Dragon nails. What a great experience! I really like the products they use for the pedicures. Claire & Nate were great...I will definitely be going back!

I went here a few weeks ago based off of the fact they have mostly 5 star reviews on Google, after trying multiple different salons and not liking results I decided to try this spot. Bad choice. The people running the place were pretty nice until another customer came in (my sister & I were the only customers prior), then they started rushing everything & seemed like they just wanted us out the door. Our pedicures only lasted a week if that & we both had to go to another nail salon to get our acrylics redone & I had to take mine off bc my nails are infected. I heard they’re under new owners so idk if that has to do with it but i will not be going back & I'm beyond upset i wasted $110 here.

Went here and got pedicures with my mom, both of us had an amazing experience! Would recommend to anyone! They even have a little chair for kids.

Under new management, the worst experience I've ever had. Prior owners were immaculate with amazing services. New owners rush, don't use tools just graze over your fingers/toes and paint over cuticles. Prices are jacked up, very dissatisfied with this place now.

New owners Claire and Nate just bought Happy Nails on route 44 in Raynham and have given it a whole new look with new tables, chairs and top of the line polish and dip. I have been searching all around the Middleboro area for a nail salon that could do a dip nail manicure that I liked because I’ve been going to the same place for 20 years and they were awesome but I moved to the Middleboro area. I’m so glad I stopped in there today. They were so welcoming and kind and they did a great job. I’m going back in two weeks for a pedicure. They are also looking for some new nail techs that are really good, but they also want ones that are personable and clean because they pride themselves on having their nail salon be super clean. Check them out.
