I purchased a Ford Pick up from Greico Ford in April 2024. They were very good about the sale (except for the rude finance guy). They said they would deliver the vehicle to the DMV in Norwich CT which was nice. I had to take a day off from work, rescheduling all of my patients (since you normally have no idea how long it's going to take). While I was at the DMV they said they forgot the Title so I had to reschedule ! It was only two days later but in the meantime I had to rent a car. They only had 1 vehicle left so I had to take it and it's not like there were other rental agencies near this place in Norwich. Greico Ford showed up 2 days later but in the meantime I was out for the rental and another days worth of patients, and so far after 4 months they have refused to pay for the rental. They keep saying they will, but where's the check ?? If you are going to reimburse normally this occurs quickly. Unfortunately the rental was not cheap having to rent at the last minute.
Hence the bad review. I will be contacting the BBB, then any local TV news consumer advocate, then small claims court in the end. Did you know small claims in Massachusetts will pay 3 times the amount ?
I do not like badmouthing anyone, I don't like complaining, and I surely don't like the process involved in getting justice. But I suppose you just have to do what you have to do.

Heard good things about this dealer until I dropped my truck off for 3 days for a sunroof and a recal, my truck ended up sitting there 10 days since they didn’t order the sunroof ahead of time when I scheduled to drop it off a week prior telling them the glass was broken and needed replacement, after dealing with the insurance company for it to be covered and having it appraised they told me everything was all set and ready to start working on it 7 days later, when I showed up to pick up my truck they handed me a bill for 1600 and I was confused as the service writer John Garcia told me my insurance covered the sunroof and it was all set to pick up and go when I confronted them about him telling me it was all set he decided to say I was wrong and that he told me I had to pay the bill which I was not informed of wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had simply said hey you need to pay the bill then go get your check from the insurance company but why tell me it was all set and approved if in reality it wasn’t I would still have a bill, I’ve been in the autobody and automotive industry for a few years now and I see why so many people never use a dealer ship the horrible service and the wait, I’m out 10 days on a rental car when I was told my vechile would only be there for 3 days, I will say the technician who did the job did an amazing job the sunroof works better than it was from factory, I would highly recommend staying away from this dealer and there service advisors if you want to stay calm and collected, this was my first and last time using this dealer especially when I started telling people what happened and I heard more horrific stories of there experiences here, there for grieco ford you hire really good techs but your service people are horrible

First of all I’m not a review writer usually but this is unacceptable. I always would service my vehicles myself but have been extremely busy so I figured I could trust Greico Ford with the simple task of doing an oil change. A couple weeks after picking up my vehicle from the oil change I started noticing spots of oil in the driveway. I popped the hood and sure enough they forgot to put the oil fill cover back on letting oil spray out all over the engine bay. The truck was nearly bone dry on oil, I called service and requested a manager (who was conveniently in a meeting.) They offered to come fill the vehicle with oil and bring it into the service department to detail the exterior and make sure it’s topped off (which I agreed to, reluctant to trust them to touch my vehicle again.) Ultimately they delivered the truck back to me in worse condition than it was before, and not that I’m looking for handouts, didn’t even offer any kind of compensation or an apology for something that could’ve seized the motor leaving them stuck footing that bill. I would advise to steer clear of the Greico service department while they cannot be trusted to accomplish the simplest of tasks like washing vehicles and doing oil changes.

After having multiple disappointing experiences with the dealer, I purchased my vehicle from I was referred to Grieco by a friend of mine.
My 2018 Ford Edge SEL was having hesitation and stuttering issues at low RPM which no one was able to diagnose. I was told it was the transmission which shocked me as the car had only 62,000 miles on it.
John the sales manager went to Ford with my case and was able to get a very significant portion of my cost deferred. I called over the course of a week at least six times and John answered the phone Every time. I’m very happy with the way I was treated and I’m Looking forward to Future dealings with my new Ford dealership.

Don't bother calling the service desk for any service related problems or concerns . I went to get my car serviced and no one bothered to help .Gary at service never returned calls and never available to help. Best option is to find another dealership nearest to you.

I had my ford explore limited in for a new transmission and I had the extended warranty on my suv it was fully covered and they had my suv ready in 2days I am telling all of family and friends to only go to Graco ford in raynham,mas to buy or to get there fords fixed there I told them there a 10 extremely and there service is excellent
