Wow. Stopped in to look at convertibles there yesterday. Walked around the lot for a decent amount of time. Not even a single hello from anyone. Finally walked up to a gentleman at the back desk to ask about other inventory. This guy was so dismissive. You would think someone asking about convertibles would want to show you the 2 they have......nope. We werent dressed the greatest and were driving our 2018 outback. Took truck for recall service. Had multiple recall service completed. Door handle freezing, airbag wire fire insulation, heat shield/driveshaft contact, steering stabilizer/wobble check and faulty door actuator. Everyone was nice and responsive, but quality of work was very poor. I received my truck back with scratches around door handles on two doors, sloppy silicone sealing in door joint and silicone all over doors panel, missing rear door panel screw that I found on floor in back of truck and a rear sill plate and door seal that was not properly snapped in and sealed. This was a simple proactive recall. No attention to detail. Will not be going back to Greico ford Raynham.

I had an appointment to test drive a truck. Drove an hour and a half in the rain and when I arrived I was told, "sorry but we just sold it." They tried the bait and switch and wanted to show me a similar vehicle but 3 years OLDER for the same price. They should have told me someone else was coming to look at it !! Reading other reviews it looks like this is their MO.

Overall the process only took a couple of hours and I was able to trade in my old vehicle and leave same day with the new vehicle. Bob Childs was helpful and to the point, and was able to get me the payment I was looking for.

In this crazy economy of looking for a used vehicle, and trying to find one that is reasonably priced and runs well has been a challenge. I have gone to several locations and dealers, and I am so glad I went to Grieco Ford in Raynham Massachusetts! Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for which was a well-built solid great running pickup truck, but their product specialist ( in particular) Sean Griffin stayed with us through every step of the process. From finding the truck we wanted, to closing the deal in financing, to learning the features of our new vehicle from Emma Paul. We were also introduced to the general manager Chris who was a wonderful man. In closing I would like to say that if you're looking for a good solid vehicle, five star customer support and a smooth experience Greco Ford of Raynham Massachusetts is the place to go.
