Packed it up & drive to the shop. John met me at door carried it into the shop, plugged it in, connected it to cable & wa la!! “The work gets amazingly done without issue. However, the workers need to make more of an effort reaching out to homeowner for appointment, rather than just say they called when I never had a missed call from any number. Therefore, I had to make another appointment which caused much unnecessary delay, then I had to wait for parts and another appointment. There are different technicians, so if’s just a few who may need to go further beyond the threshold and try knocking at the door. My technician that came on 6/21/24 was excellent and deserves a 5, because he was exceptional and knowledgeable, but the other tech’s deserve a lower number for lack of effort.”
“I'm so glad that I had Mr. Jack here to service my clothes dryer. Sears needs to come-back to have the service back that WE all are used to having. I been so disappointed that I've had to call on the American Home Solutions; that have repair that later work is not up to the Sears Standards.
