Very quick service - shame about UPS charging almost $30 to broker a $5 customs fee - and it wasn't even a customs fee but just the GST on the order - not dotcom's fault but just another frustrating cost for Canadian business people purchasing products from American companies.

I needed equipment compatible with a VERY OLD phone system. I found what I thought was good on their site on line. I spoke with a very professional, knowledgeable and courteous rep. who double checked for me -a plug and play type of installation and confirmed exactly what we needed for our application. He even put me on a waiting list for equipment that is obsolete but he gets in for refurbishing from time to time. I was so impressed with the whole experience he will have a customer for life !!!! It took longer to write this than my order took. lol
