Collins Sports Medicine has been amazing this fall. I placed an order in Mid-November and had all my items by the end of November. When I discovered on 12/1 that an item arrived damaged, I contacted them and was put in touch with someone in charge of returns. She took care of it right away, I had a new item by Tuesday and then she took the time to follow up to make sure I had everything I ordered. In this time of only hearing about shipping delays and poor customer service, I wanted to take the time and say Well Done! It was an amazing experience and I will be using them in the future.
