Our family has had a wonderful experience sending our two children here! The Center is very focused on teaching children both socially and academically and preparing them for kindergarten and beyond. How they've managed all this through COVID is beyond me!Our two children couldn't be more different, yet they both thrive here. Our daughter is much more reserved, but she comes home and shares all she has learned and tells us how much she loves her teachers. She even prays for them at night! Her teachers are very adept at trying to get her out of her shell without overwhelming her. Our son is a ball of energy and very outgoing, and they've proven they can handle that too!The level of communication the entire staff provides is much appreciated. We always know what is going on and rarely have questions as we've already been informed before we can ask.Our daughter will miss everyone as she moves on to kindergarten, as will our son next year, but we feel like part of the family now and will always be thankful for everything the Children's Development Center has done for us!

My three grandchildren have all attended the Children’s Development Center. We love it there! We started there back in 2018 and we can’t say enough about the level of care they have received.Over the years, the kids have been anxious to arrive in the mornings and chatty on the rides home about the day’s experiences. It has been a wholly positive experience for all three. We, as a family have nothing but the best to say about the entire CDC operation. From the owner Miss Carol to the staff that we have entrusted our babies to over the years. They have been welcoming, encouraging, compassionate, and supportive, all the things you want for your little ones. But maybe most importantly, my children go to work each day without worrying about their children’s well-being and you cannot put a price on that.We have come to consider the Children’s Development Center our family and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing environment for their little ones.

High turn over with teachers. The owner Carol Measor is extremely rude to the teachers and parents. You never know when the Children’s Development Center will “close early” and leave you scrambling to find a way to make sure your child is picked up early. This place is not worth the money or the headache.

My son has attended since he’s one years old. He just had his preschool graduation Friday. The Children’s Development Center is more than just a center, it’s family. The structure, the program, the STEM curriculum are all wonderful. The teachers are patient and kind. The building is new and very clean, the outdoor play is great for the kids, and the life skill activities they teach are great. My son has learned so much and enjoys his friends. We will miss the CDC.

Both my son and daughter have attended the Children’s Development Center from the time they were infants (2014-2022). I cannot say enough about the teachers and staff at the CDC. They have been instrumental in the development of my children. As a full-time working Mom, it can be a challenge to find a safe environment for children to learn and grow. The CDC has been such a blessing. I think their biggest assets are the safety of their new building and the teachers who care for the children. I love knowing that the doors are locked, and a code is needed to get into the front of the building. The new facility they have built is beautiful. The front porch is so welcoming, and it has double gates as an added precaution. My oldest child is currently 8 years old and still has a close bond with a teacher who continues to work at the CDC. She was like a second mother to her during her years there. As an educator myself, I felt as though my daughter was well prepared to attend Kindergarten. I felt confident that she left the CDC socially and academically ready to enter the public school system. My youngest child, who is currently 5 has recently graduated from the CDC. He has only known the Children’s Development Center as his school. He started at 6 months. The CDC has been more than accommodating with his needs. At the age of 15 months my son needed the support of Early Intervention. The CDC was extremely accommodating in and allowing him to receive services right in their program. He would not have been able to get all his appointments in, otherwise. I attribute his social and academic progress to learning and growing at the CDC.My favorite part of the this program is that some of the teachers who work at the CDC are bilingual and have even been exposing my children to Spanish. In our ever-growing global society, understanding more than one language and culture is such a beneficial skill. In my opinion, this program is more than just culturally aware they are culturally welcoming. I highly recommend the CDC to any families who appreciate and value diversity and inclusivity.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE !! CAROL MEASOR is a very unprofessional & disrespectful individual, towards parents & children !! i wish i knew she had a few open investigations for PHYSICAL ABUSE FROM THE TEACHERS before i sent my kids here .. there are some good teachers (IF THEY STAY, there’s new ones every week bcuz nobody wants to work for this woman) CAROL MEASOR has ZERO people skills & tries to micro manage & control the parents . she does not respect the parents of the children that go there AT ALL! my kids have went to this facility for over 6 months & SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW THEIR NAMES ! she refers to my children & other children as “kid” it’s scary to think somebody so abrupt & uncaring runs a child care facility . she’s extremely rude , ignorant , & makes very snarky remarks . she started an argument with me OUTSIDE WHILE ALL THE KIDS WATCHED, she is no where near fit to run a day care OR work with children. DISGUSTING !!! my kids are getting out of there ! FASTTTT.

My daughter has been to 3 different daycares and this is the only daycare I would recommend to families. My daughter loves it here. She enjoys/looks forward to all the activities they have planned. The teachers are awesome as well as Miss Carol (the director). She has went above and beyond to make things easier for our family. If you are looking for childcare, I highly recommend CDC!!

My daughter has been enrolled at the CDC for a little over a year and we are so pleased with her growth intellectually, socially and emotionally. Her manners are shining bright even at 15 months and she is able to clearly articulate her needs and wants to us. Her growth is a clear reflection on the care she receives at the CDC.

I am of a single dad of two boys one 12 and one 6. My First Son attended for quite a few years prior to first grade and when it was time my second son also attended. The staff is probably one of the most attentive, affectionate, well educated, and well equipped group of people I have had the privilege of working with in a very long time. From the director / owner to the teachers and support staff there is only one word used to describe them and that would be impeccable. The hours of operation are the most convenient that I have seen in this local area as well as its proximity for me and work. In this day and age as a parent it is a struggle to find a place where your children will be safe and educated. This by far when's the prize for me if you are looking for a place to bring your children where they will thrive the children's Development Center should be your first choice.

My daughter went here for 6 months in 2018Teachers: very caring, attentive, and overall, awesome.Security/Safety: doesn’t feel secure or safe... only thing keeping the doors/gates secured are bungee chords.Facility: very tight quarters, with many kids. Probably the reason why my child was always getting sick; once there was a foot/mouth outbreak and we were not warned in advance... as you can imagine, very difficult situation.Director: extremely rude and unprofessional.

The CDC is a very well-managed, high-quality day care facility with super-caring staff. After nearly 4 years at CDC, our grandson will be going into Kindergarten this coming week. Despite creating a few challenges along the way, our always active little guy was always given the very best care, structure, encouragement and guidance - all of which he needed to learn and thrive. All his teachers were top-notch and well-supervised, with an array of age-appropriate activities. This is a truly solid child care setting where safety, nurturing, and child development are top priorities. My wife (who works in an early Intervention program) and I both highly recommend the Children's Development Center.

My husband was the one who stumbled across this diamond in the rough... I came and met with Ms. Carol and she showed me around and introduced me to the teachers. Ms. Carol is dedicated to ALL the families who bring their cherished babies and children here. She is a follower of the rules and regulations. She is fair and honest. My children had the most wonderful teachers! Ms Jamie, Ms Victoria were just a couple of them. I always felt comfortable dropping my kids off. My children learned everything they needed in order to go to Kindergarten... I highly recommend Children's Development Center.
