They really don’t have decent clothes for larger women. The clothing section for large women few to none and the few they have isn’t worth purchasing. Maybe because that’s a smaller Burlington. Not sure but I won’t go back to that particular Burlington Factory.

I was disgusted by some of what I saw in this store... I don't understand how they can sell expired products... the clothing section was worse than the Goodwill... the amount of time I wasted in this store wouldn't be worth any bargain-priced item sold here... the employees could at least dispose of the used deodorant on display and that wasn't the worst I saw in there either ?

Awful customer service. The cashier that was ringing me out was talking to the other cashier the whole time. I bought two large bags of things and at the end, she handed me one big bag, and I was thinking everything was there. I got home and realized half my stuff wasn’t there. I went back to the store to pick it up and mentioned to one of the workers that the cashier was talking the whole time. I mentioned, maybe there should be some retraining on customer service and being professional and the response I got was “oh ok”. Spent $300 there and I feel like I should’ve went somewhere else.

This store is a huge mess. Product on the floor. Product just thrown on shelves. No organization whatsoever. My daughter did end up buying a couple items but we didn't really shop the store because it was just too messy. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cashier was nice.

I am so glad Burlington's moved in here. I have only shopped here about 3 - 4 times but I find the prices are reasonable. They have a small shoe section, but now a days it is getting harder to find shoes to try on near me. They also have a variety of interesting gifts/ home goods to look through. The clothing is good quality for such a good price.

I love the deals but lately the fitting rooms are closed. It's been going on for months. I probably won't go back until I know the fitting rooms are open.

Employees are very nice. Cashing out is reasonably fast. Price's are affordable.

Dressing room is extremely unorganized. There is never an attendant there so there’s no direction.Was leaving the dressing room and there was nowhere to put my unwanted items that I tried on. All the racks were FULL and clothes everywhere.Then Joanne, assume she was the manager, came around the corner and I asked her where I should put my item. She gave me an inpatient glare and just took the clothes from my arms! I said thank you but she kept staring at me as if I was inconveniencing her.. I asked if she was okay. Very weird and impatient lady.Clean your dressing rooms!
