Raynham MA location is awesome! Mike in furniture went above and beyond. Phil in mattress world knew all the info and hooked me up with all the bells and whistles. Love this location and company.

Went to the Raynham location for a new mattress and the sales associate was perhaps the worst salesman I’ve ever encountered. He was condescending passive aggressive and had an attitude as if he was selling me a Ferrari . Relax buddy you sell mattresses for a living lol. Don’t act like you’re a king amongst peasants ? you’re pulling in what 35 k after taxes steady looking down on people .I didn’t get his name obviously because he’s a terrible salesman a tall middle aged Caucasian guy with black hair. Needless to say I didn’t purchase anything and he actually did me a favor I bought the same bed with the adjustable frame included for $900 dollars cheaper across the street at Mattress Firm where they were polite and conducted buisness the proper way . Moral of the story don’t buy anything from this location go to mattress firm

Our experience at Bernie & Phyl's Furniture was fantastic! I am convinced this is 100% because of the salesman we worked with Mike Ferreira. Mike was friendly right from the start, but more importantly he was well informed. He knew every answer to every question we asked. In some cases he had the answer before we even asked the question. He did not follow us, he waited until we looked his way to approach. I felt no pressure the entire time. He was patient and understanding to what we were looking for. I would highly recommend anyone to ask for Mike next time you are shopping for any furniture.

We were greeted after only 30 seconds by a well dressed professional young man. He brought us to the lift recliners that we requested to see. We tried most of them and asked several questions. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Since I have been looking online, I had no trouble finding the one I wanted. It will be delivered this week! So far, so good!

Essi had great customer service skills. There wasn't a big selection of lower headboard beds or comfortable cushioned dining chairs. She helped make a decision, answered questions. She was great to work with.
