“For the record I am reviewing O'Reilly's on Belmont Street in Brockton not the older building on Copeland Street. I called up this location and I was greeted by Victor on the phone. He had the engine mount I was looking for at an amazing price. I asked him to put the part on hold for me and I would be down just ask for Victor. When I walked into the store I identified Victor by his name tag. Very friendly professional demeanor. The part has since been installed in my car and I can't describe the joy that I have when it fits and it works the first time. Keep up the great work, I won't forget this.”

“I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I got from these guys. I was packed and ready to go on vacation, went to start my truck and had a dead battery. I called the store and they said they could install a new batery today (10/23/24). I got the truck to the store and it was like an Indy 500 pit stop, they had the new battey installed in about 10 minutes. They were polite and professional. I will definetly go back.
