I am a platinum member. The service is horrible. I have a IRA maturing next week. Callled 3 days can't speak to an "associate". I need to make an appt to get a question answered????? That's insane! I am slowing removing all my accounts. If they don't have enough help either hire or close. I think it would be the later because your interest rates are the lowest around!@

This branch at Shaws Plaza on Rt.44 Raynham is CLOSED permanently, it is now a SANTANDER. Someone needs to remove this location from Google search. I gave it only one star, just to get everyone's attention

The absolute worst experience. Never a line less than 15 people and never more than two tellers on. ATMs are often out of service. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone

I arrived early for my appointment and they did their best to get me in early. Helpful staff answered all my questions. Also provided extra information on related topics. The teller was respectful and efficient. Thank you.

Giving one star for the friendly person who actually says hello when you walk in. Some of the most miserable people I have ever seen are the tellers who can barely crack a smile never mind say hello or thank you or have a nice day. Worst customer service of any bank I’ve ever been to. They could care less about how long you wait or what your needs are. A little kindness can go a long way. Do better.

Easy location to get to, and polite staff. However always short handed, long lines at the counter, no focus by Bank of America on the customers.

Went in to get a certified check. The teller had no clue what he was doing, did not communicate with us, and made a simple process so painstakingly difficult. Do yourself a favor and select a different bank (or at least branch) to save yourself the headache.

Only one teller most of the time if you only have 15 minutes don't come to this place you'll wait at least 30 minutes terrible

Horrible experience here except for one very nice employee. I went in 11/10/21. I was waiting in line for 15 mins and with only one employee working at the cashier. A lady in black/short hair walked by with a tablet asking everyone behind us if she can help them but totally walked past us. We were next in line but she just walked past us and went to every customer behind us. She was rude, discriminating and disrespectful. The young cashier was horrible, very demanding without help. I was lucky to find one nice employee in a white gray dress working at front asking all our questions.

This bank is terrible..always a wicked long line. The employee brian (i think his name was) was great but I felt bad he was waiting everyone by himself and there was at least 20+ people in line. Thank goodness my regular bank is Rockland Trust. Never a line there and always great service. I suggest you switch if u usually bank with this horrible excuse of a bank

Why is this place always closed? Like yesterday, I went I checked online and they were closed yesterday but open Thursday and then I check again and they’re closed all of a sudden. One time I was expecting them to close at 4pm like they said but they closed at 1pm. It’s frustrating

The worst bank in the area!!!!! The customer service is bad, really bad, really really bad, Terrible!!! Every time I went to the bank for a simple transaction, there was a long line. 35 - 45 min waiting time to talk to a cashier. Very inefficient. The management is not ashamed to see the customers are waiting in line- long long time. They always have a reason to say why the lines are long. In all other banks in the area, I rarely spent 10 min to talk to a cashier. I have been a BOA customer for over 15 years and 4 of my accounts are linked to many other business entities. That is the only reason I am with BOA at this point. It is a big job to change the bank but that is what I am considering doing now.
