Excellent experience here! I was wary of getting a phone upgrade as in the past it seems to take forever but the manager of the store attended me and got me out of there with a new iPhone and accessories in about 40 minutes. Thank you!

Called store to upgrade 4 phones. Was told they didn't have the equipment in stock but if I placed an order over the phone with them they could have my order expediated and I would receive the phones in 1 to 2 days. That was an outright lie. I called the store back once I realized I was not receiving the phones when I was told I would and they didn't want to talk to me about it. I then spend an hour between chat sessions and multiple phone calls to AT&T and was told that I was given false information. The person I talked to at the store just wanted the sale. Extremely disappointed that they would outright lie to a customer.

We were taken care right away without any waiting. Nathan was pleasant and knowledgeable. We asked a ton of questions and he answered all of them.

Overall, poor experience from this location. Switched over to my partners account from T-Mobile. Just a simple 1 line switch over, which should’ve been quick. Turned into nearly 3 hours long. From the rep we worked with who seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else, texting on two different phones..truly made me feel like she was so uninterested in helping. There was a problem porting over because of something on my end that I fixed, but even after fixing my port issue, it still took forever. the rep even went outside at one point during our activation and left us alone. Another rep finally stepped in & finished but then added me to a different type of plan without telling us & told us the AAL was only $10. Not true. My partner & I went to another AT&T to turn my phone in & ask about the plan I was put on. The other store informed us that we were most likely put on a higher plan because it pays that rep more $$. Which I already knew that because I’ve worked in the wireless industry myself. Kinda why customers don’t like coming to cell phone stores..from uninterested reps to misleading information. I only give this store 2 stars because they had the phone I wanted in stock & had a discount on accessories if you buy 3 or more (which I had to ask if they had any accessories promotions) other than that I wouldn’t come back to this location if that’s how they conduct business.

Had issue with no service: that was a quick fix but felt dismissed in other issue I had. Rep that helped was on phone with friend outside store and came back once I walked in. Told them he’d call them back in 20min so it already felt like a time limit was set. Was told I could only call customer service for the issue and that I should for future never order online. Went to my car to call customer service and the same gentleman came back outside and was on phone again walking around.

The store rep Tyler was extremely friendly and was able to help look deeper into my wireless account and communicate with customer service in order to resolve my problems. I recommend contacting the store management to commend your employee

Had issues with my IPhone battery, the store manager Igor was a great help with resolving my issue. Very helpful and professional. I may have been a little temperamental in dealing with my issue, but he was calm, cool, and collected. Was an excellent help all the way to the end. Any phone issues, or looking for an AT&T store, I would highly recommend Igor and his crew! Awesome job. Thank you!

I had a good experience here.My reason for the visit was an old-school flip phone for m y elderly mother. She wasn't happy with her current carrier and the quality of the phone she was getting. Most places do not offer flips anymore, or they are pre paid cards. Here I was able to buy the phone outright; a little over $100 and get a $15 plan. Exactly what I needed for a cheaper plan than what she had. WIN,WIN to me.Not to mention the sales associate was very nice and experienced.

Unprofessional to say the very least. They offered me a new cell phone plan for (1st responders) which included an apple watch SE. Then a week later after I changed cell phone providers, said I didn't qualify, leaving me with a higher bill. A bunch of scammers and con-artists, and will do and say whatever. Try a different store.

I came in with my boyfriend, and Igor helped us out, got a new phone new number and Apple Watches for myself and my boyfriend, and case, screen protector and a small speaker! He helped get us the best deals was so patient with us because we had our daughter with us. At one point he took his own phone and played Ms. Rachel just to keep her calm. He was patient enough to also help us set everything up. Left with everything up and running with no issues along the way! I love the level of professionalism and honestly I'll take the long drive from Worcester just to go to this store. 10/10 customer service!

Igor the Manager helped us resolve an ongoing account issue that we’ve struggled with for months now. The staff was patient and knowledgeable. Very supportive staff! We had a great experience today. Highly recommend.
