It is a good insurance company. Their quotes are competitive. On line accounts are available and customer service Reps are pretty knowledgeable. Did not file any claims - cannot comment on claims.

Amica has some of the best rates I've found in Massachusetts; they are somewhat selective of their clients.Every representative I've dealt with has been knowledgeable, effective, and courteous. Even when I had oddball problems, they were able to effect a resolution quickly. On the one occasion I had to visit the office everything was handled rapidly - during lunch time, no less.Do business in confidence with Amica.

Not satisfied with my recent property claims experience. Dustin Marine Manager, Property Claims at Amica Mutual Insurance did nothing to help me. I'll be changing insurance companies after over 40 years as a valued cutomer and never putting jn a claim. I always paid my premiums on time. Do not buy property insurance with Amica.
