My package was lost/stolen within the building for 30 days even though the manager (Kayla Urio) swore up and down it was picked up by another carrier and no longer with them. Well, I called the carrier and they had no information on this and since none of what she claimed made sense I went to the postmaster in Milton and they were able to let me know my package never left the Randolph USPS. I went back to the Randolph USPS to confront them with this information and miraculously my package was in the mail that evening. So if it already left the building and Kayla had all these scans showing it was picked up how 30 days later does it go out in the mail from Randolph USPS. I would never trust this location and all the staff were so rude and fought me every step of the way when in all reality my package was there the whole time.

Incredibly rude group of people here. Customer service is abysmal. I’ll take the extra time to drive to a different town instead of coming back here.

Don’t go there. The staff is so rude. They don’t even provide tape for my returning package slip.

The postal delivery has not been in my favor. I’ve been living here for 5 years my mail conveniently ends up in my neighbors box . Not to mention my box has been left open on many occasions. I’ve complained and no results . I never understood WHY THE MAIL CARRIER WOULD DO THIS WITH MY NAME POSTED IN MY BOX AND IT HAS A 1 ( big 1 ) on my box . Mind you THERE ARE ONLY 2 units. And they have the luxury to drive up to the mail box. They need to get better with this.

Don't waste your time going to the Randolph, Ma branch to get your passport done. The two guys working have no clue. Especially if there was an error in your passport. I went to North Easton instead and they were more pleasant and knew what to do.

A packaged got sent to my address by mistake. I called them and they told me they would hold to it and I can get the package the next day. Instead the carrier delivered it to my old address. Apparently he just didn’t care. So good for him. Indifferent and incompetent.

Yes it was a great place to visit. Was there little early for a passport and she wanted us to wait for the 1st person finished.Very nice and smiling help us to correct our paper work?Thanks again for our outstanding jobs....

had a passport appointment for an infant. had to wait in the regular line for an hour. what is the point of appointments if we still have to wait in line?

Ugh! They are the nicest of the nicest person ever. They usually close at 5 but because I had some issue with my boxes, they took 30 minutes off their time just for me. They friendly and optimistic. THEY ARE JUST THE BESTEST AND CHEAPEST.

They need to be bulldozed down, they delivered an important package of mine elsewhere, I have 0 clue where it is hopefully they have money to be sued cause this is ridiculous
