Truck was filthy in the cab and in the back. Transmission slips between 3rd and 4th gear. Staff at the location was not helpful at all. I could not park my car at the location, had to park it down the street. Pick up time was 7am, showed up at 645am and the kid told me to come back at 8am. Horrible experience overall.

The U haul team is excellent! Phillip Dube is an awesome man/employee. Clean facility, my only complaint would be not enough room for my legs to drive comfortable enough to not have to stop several times.
