I booked for a trim and then charged for a different service. When I spoke to the owner she simple said that she didn’t try to solve the situation , I ended up paying three times more for the service I originally booked which was a trim.

I went to Josie for the first time today and I had a great experience.They follow all the COVID-19 protocols, so you will feel safe.I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she delivered. What else could you ask for in a hair dresser?I can see why she has loyal customers.

All around good service. Three things I look for in a hair stylist is, 1) she did not rip my hair out after washing. She took her time, and combed through. 2) The heat that she used was appropriate for my hair and she did not burn me once! 3) She showed me the products that she uses. I need to know what is going in my hair and some salons don't like to tell you. I'm going back!! SHE IS VERY GOOD.
